Winners and losers

Laura's POV
Well I just lost half my money. It turns out that Balin is amazing at Uno.
"Dammit, how? You only just learnt how to play!" Shania exclaimed as he won again. Abi sniggered from a few meters away.
"That's why I didn't play with him!" She called. Shania and I glared at her. She just smiled smugly.
"Are you two up for another game?" Balin asked. I shook my head.
"No thanks, I've lost enough money Thank you very much," I said walking over to Abi.
"I am determined to beat you," Shania stated.
"Good luck with that," Abi commented.
"Remember Abi, I can kick your ass at any point," Shania growled. Abi put her hands in the air in surrender but still sniggered when she lost again.
"Gahhhh!!! Fine!! I quit!!! I'm going for a run," with that Shania stood up and ran off into the night.
"Haha that was interesting," Balin commented. Abi burst out laughing, so hard that she cried. I smacked her upside the head. She slowly calmed down.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but you really should have seen that coming," Abi pointed out. I glared at her, but it slowly turned into a small smile.
"Yeah I guess you're right," I admitted.
"How long till Shania comes back do you reckon?" Dansoa asked. We both shrugged.
"She'll be back at some point," I said. The others nodded and went to get some food from Bofur. It was good as usual. I hope Shania gets back soon.
Shania's POV
Damn I'm so stupid. I just wasted more than half of my money. Dammit. I stop and take a breather on a small rock. For a moment I just sit there and calm down.
"Welp, I might as well go back," I didn't realise how long I'd been running for. So the run back took a while. By the time I'd gotten back everyone was asleep. I walked to my friends and grabbed my bag. I quickly stripped my top layer off so that I was in my sports bra and skins. A cough caught my attention and I spun around. There sitting on watch was a very red faced Kílí. My face slowly heated up as well.
"Umm, did you have a nice run?" He asked. I quickly got over my embarrassment and kept changing. Obviously I kept everything that I had on on. I just got changed into a new set of clothes.
"Yeah it was good," I replied pulling the top over my head.
"You, umm, seemed pretty annoyed when you left," he said. I nodded.
"I was, but I should have expected Balin to absolutely dominate in Uno, oh well," I said sitting down beside him. I looked around.
"Where'd Fílí run off to?" I asked.
"He went off to the bushes," Kílí answered. I nodded.
"Welp, I'm going to hit the hay, see you tomorrow," I said. Kílí nodded.
"Till then," he replied. I smiled then fell into a deep sleep.
