"Channie I'll be back!"

"Wait, back from where?"

*meow*

It was the weekend and Felix was going out shopping with Hyunjin, Jisung, and the new hybrid they met Nako.

Chan was putting laundry away as the younger had gotten dressed stepping out his closet.

"Channie...you forgot again didn't you?" Felix huffed crossing his arms as the older approached him.

"Maybbeeee..." Chan gave a nervous smile slipping his arms around his waist.

"Channie, I told you yesterday I was going shopping with my friends..." Felix pouted.

"You did? Hold on...you don't mean right now, do you?"

"Yes...I do Channie..." Felix mumbled.

"What? Baby we have reservations for date night tonight in like 2 hours. Don't tell me you forgot that?" Chan raised an eyebrow.

Felix froze thinking for a moment.

Oops...

"Oh...um..." Felix twirled his tail nervously, he also forgot about their date night tonight.

"It seems my kitty did...as much as I forgot you told me you were going out..." Chan sighed stroking his hair.

*meow*

"I'm sorry Channie I did...w-we can have it tomorrow..." he meowed shyly.

"What? Sweetheart I made reservations days ago, why can't you tell your friends you're busy?" Chan sighed again.

"Huh...? Channie I know you did but I promised them I would hang out tonight..." Felix whined back.

"Kitten...you're gonna choose your friends over me?" Chan asked in disbelief with a bit of hurt and upset as he backed away.

"Channie, it's not the end of the world if we change it to tomorrow" Felix gave him a look.

"Princess, we haven't had date night for almost 2 weeks since I came home from my last work trip" Chan gave him a sad look as he turned around to finish sorting their laundry.

Felix huffed feeling Chan was trying to guilt trip him.

"Chan, it's not my fault you had to work late and at home each night the last two weeks" Felix crossed his arms.

Chan turned around not too happy with Felix's response.

"So it's my fault? You think I wanted to work late and not have time for you?" Chan scoffed.

Felix stayed quiet as he looked down.

"Well if that's what you think, then fine. I'm sorry that I couldn't spend time with the love of my life or even take him out like I want to because of my work" Chan said with attitude before turning back around to fold his clothes.

Felix now feeling a bit bad about what he said considering how long it's been since the two went out together...

"Chan..." he meowed quietly.

"It's fine. Go ahead with your friends, I'll be here" Chan huffed not sparing a glance to the boy.

Felix gave a quiet and sad meow.

I didn't mean to...hurt Channie's feelings...

"Channie...don't be like that..."

"Like what?" Chan said in a snappy tone.
