I can't believe Channie lied to me again!

Felix was furious as he went to go and take a shower alone, he was angry and hurt as tears rolled down his cheeks.

I know I was bad with lying about doctor appointments...but Channie lied...because-

"Kitten...?"

*meow*

Felix looked through the glass glaring at Chan, he crossed his arms turning away growling.

"Leave me alone Chris!" He growled as the warm water showered over him.

"Sweetheart...I still need to talk to you..." Chan pleaded walking up to the glass, he gave a sigh seeing younger angrily twirl his tail all over making Chan worried again.

Oh no...

He quickly opened the glass shower door to enter, reaching for Felix's waist.

"Kitten, please-"

"What Chris?! What are you going to lie about now??" He pushed Chan's arms away growling louder, Chan becoming more concerned for his tail watching it.

"Baby, no...! I'm trying to explain-"

"Explain what?? How you didn't want to touch me for weeks...? You didn't want anything naughty with me for another week...so you lied...?" Felix cried looking at him, the older feeling his heart sadden.

"Princess, that's not-"

"Then why??!!" Felix snapped as his tail went crazy all over, that's when Chan gently grabbed is holding it in his hands.

"This...! This is why!" He said back louder to the younger, Felix looked at it before back at Chan with teary eyes.

"Ch-"

"Yes, I know it was a shitty thing to do to ask Dr. Park to tell you another week...but sweetheart, I've been worried like hell about your tail..." Chan said softly holding Felix's tail in his palm, stroking it to get him to calm down.

*meow*

"Dr. Park said my tail was getting better though...she said-"

"And when you left that room she also said there is a 2% chance it could get hurt again or wouldn't recover properly" Chan said back looking into his eyes.

*meow*

Felix gave a quiet meow as Chan let his tail go to pull him into a hug.

"Baby...with how your bad luck is...I was worried to death that if we even risked naughty time sooner than what I wanted...it would cause irreversible damage" he said against his ears.

"Irreversible...?" Felix mumbled against his chest.

The older gave a sigh pulling away to cup his cheeks kissing his lips softly.

"Yes...sweetheart...that night at the hospital...Dr. Lip told me..."

Flashback:

"Ok Chan you can come follow me to fill out the discharge paperwork"

"Ok thank you Dr. Lip!"

While Chan was signing of some things, Dr. Lip was advising treatment for Felix.

"So like I said, keep activity to a minimum. His medication should help and if there is any swelling try to ice it as well. Have him sleep on his stomach most of the time if you can too"

"Ok, thank you for treating him again...he has the worst luck" Chan sighed.

"I know, but he is a very unique kitty. Just be very careful with his tail and recovery...I'd really prefer not to have it amputated..." she sighed.
