It was the start of another new year for the two, both still happy as ever. Except for the fact Felix noticed something was off with Chan when they were to go to work.

*beep*beep*beep*

Hm...?

Felix gave a whine into his pillow hearing Chan's alarm go off, getting annoyed the older wasn't shutting it off.

*beep*beep*beep*

Ugh!

"Channie..." Felix mumbled turning over to snuggle into his back.

*beep*beep*beep*

Chan just let out a groan into his pillow while the alarm kept going off. Felix growled sitting up and reaching over Chan to turn it off.

"Channie...why won't you turn it off...? Wake up..." Felix huffed rubbing in his eyes open.

"Mm..." Chan groaned into his pillow again.

"Channie...?" Felix blinked his eyes open looking down at the older.

*cough*cough*

*meow*

"Channie...? Why won't you wake up...?" Felix meowed quietly reaching to turn him over, the older groaning again as Felix reached to cup his cheeks.

"Channie?? Your face is hot!" Felix said with worry feeling Chan's skin indeed burning up and hot.

"Channie..." he gave a sad meow trying to wake him up again, this time he groggily responded.

"Mmm...kitten...?" He said slowly opening his eyes.

"Channie...what's wrong...? Are you sick...?"

"Hey princess...I'm-"

*cough*cough*

*meow*

Felix gave a startled meow seeing Chan cough and groan, trying to think what's wrong with him. He didn't know what to do, so he called Minho.

"Lix? Morning kitty cat, what's up?"

"Minho! Something is wrong with Channie..." Felix meowed sadly.

"Wrong?"

"Yes...he keeps coughing...and his body is hot...and he won't wake up to go to work..."

"Ah, ok. Looks like he caught a cold from Chuu"

"A cold...? What's that...?" He meowed.

"Um, it's kind of a sickness that makes you feel tired and your body hurt with a fever. Kinda like the one you had a long time ago, do you remember?"

Felix sat there thinking for a moment because he indeed remembered when he was sick with one.

"Oh...yes I remember now..."

"Well, I assume he won't be coming it today...it's alright. You let him know to stay home and feel better, I'll take his patients"

"Oh...ok, thank you Minho"

After that Felix hung up his phone, looking at Chan with a pout.

"Channie...?" He meowed again crawling on top of him.

The older coughed some more trying to open his eyes again.

"Sweetheart....?"

"Channie...you're sick, you have to stay home today" Felix mumbled cupping his face.

"Huh...? What...? I-I can't...I have to go..." Chan groggily tried sitting up, but Felix pushed him back down.

"No Channie, I'm your nurse and you're staying home!" Felix growled.
