My only  chapter that has an audio piece.

Gabrielle pov-

Who would have thought Jack and I would be doing this? Anyone that knows us over the years would tell you that there is no way we would be up before dawn unless we skipped sleeping.

But here I am. Sitting on the beach in my husbands arms just watching the sun come up over the ocean. I don't think I have ever been this content. I don't think I ever thought I could be this content.

Today will be our last real day here since we have to fly out tomorrow in the afternoon. I can honestly say this was so unbelievably amazing. What could be better then beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, perfect weather for two whole weeks with the love of your life.

Everything has been so perfect I am almost afraid something will go wrong on the last day. I mean how lucky can we possibly be? Well I am not going to worry about it. I am just going to enjoy it. Tomorrow we go back to the real world.

We will have a busy week when we go back. I mean we are leaving Springfield. We have traveled a bunch but this is leaving for real. The Med school I got accepted into is in the north east. We are going to be on our own thousands of miles from our families. There will be no one but us to lean on.

I wouldn't have it any other way. It's time for the new Brinkmen family to stand on their own.

Brinkmen, I am Mrs. Brinkmen. I thought about that for so long that now that it is real I can't help the little thrill I get anytime someone just naturally calls me that. Gabrielle Brinkmen. It sounds as good as I always thought it would.

So much to do when we go back. I have to change the name of my channel. I need to change my Instagram. I need to change it for legal things like school and my drivers license. Well, Jack seems to think we can get it all done in one day if we work at it I hope he is right. It will take a while to probably finish going through, but I really want my professors to use married name when the semester starts.

We will have to finish getting any last things together to pack in the Jeep. Jack already had his car driven up by one of his friends. It's waiting at their cousin's house for us to pick up when we arrive.

Then we have to drive up. I thought Jack would want to drive straight. Just changing off while the other person sleeps. Nope he made a plan. It's going to take us four days to get there. He already setup places for us to stay during the trip. We are going to have some short visits in a couple of places I always wanted to see at some point. That will be fun. I can't believe he thought of it.

Looking back the honeymoon is the fitting end to our wedding. I never thought our wedding would be so beautiful. It was like a dream. Then the reception. I still cry if I think about it to much.

I will never forget Cassie's speech. It was so sweet. I can still remember every word.

Tink, tink,tink

"Everyone, you know me. I am Gab's younger sister. I have been lucky enough to have a front row seat for Gabrielle and Jack's love story of the ages. I don't use those words lightly. They really are a couple of people that were destined for each other."

"It's not always been perfect. They have had their bumps and even hit a ditch the size of the Grand Canyon. But they always made it back ever better then before. Even during the dark times two years ago, love was never their problem. They were the problem because they use to get in their own way."

"But they have grown, first together, then apart, and now together again. I can honestly say that they went from being good together to perfect together. I truly believe there is nothing that life could throw at them now that they couldn't overcome as long as they have each other to lean on."

"Gabrielle, I just want to say I love and envy you. You found your knight, your partner, your true love. I hope one day I can be half as lucky and happy as you will be for the rest of your life."

"Jack, what can I say? Thank you for making my sister the happiest girl in the world. I have no doubt that you will continue to do that for the rest of your lives."

She was so cute when she started tearing up. I so much wanted to get up and give her a hug but I couldn't move from hugging Jack. I was crying too hard myself at that moment.

"I love you guys. So everyone please raise your glasses in a toast to Gabrielle and Jack. The luckiest of all of us."

I really thought that the speech would be the highlight of the reception but then Jack had to surprise me again. I thought we had decided on our song. First I was going to be upset when he walked me out the dance floor and said that there was a change he just felt he had to do. But then I fell in love with it. I couldn't do anything but bury my face into his neck and cry as we meandered on the dance floor. He even sang along with it softly, just to me. That will now be my favorite song for the rest of my life.

So we danced the song we had picked together next. No one seemed to mind that I had two dances with my husband before I danced with my father.  I will always remember what my father told me as we danced.

"Gabrielle, I love you. Your my daughter. I know I haven't always been the easiest father to have. I know I haven't always been a big fan of Jack or your relationship. But I am proud of you. You fought for what you wanted. What was right for you. I am sorry it took so long for me to see it was Jack. I am so proud of you two. Never doubt that."

Just like Dad to make me cry again. It seems like that's all I was doing during my wedding. Crying Gabrielle happy tears.  I can't help it sometimes. It's just the way I am.

The rest of the reception was just as amazing. I mean everyone was just happy. No one did anything really stupid... Ok the dance between Josh and Jack was hilarious. I can't wait until that one gets posted. When Jack told me after he did it because he wanted to see me laughing instead of crying I almost started crying again. It was so sweet.

Back to the present. So when we get to our new home we will have a week or so to get comfortable. Hopefully work on the wedding videos and maybe do a Q&A to answer some of the hundreds of questions people are going to have for us.

Then it will be back in class. Jack has his job lined up and will end up doing a lot of the youtube administration again for both of us. I like his idea of just doing more simple talks and things about med school, married life, people. We can mix in some of the fun ones as we have time.

We have a plan so we are not overload with anything. So I am sure it will all work out. Oh wait I can't forget Jack has his class starting also. I can't forget that. I still can't believe he signed up to take a cooking class at the local community college. The fact that he is doing it because he wants to be able to cook meals for me just because I will busy with school is just so..... just so Jack. I would have thought he would just memorize take out numbers, but he really is determined to learn how to really cook. I am not going to complain. I think it's sweet.

Well the sun is up now. That was a beautiful sunrise. I am glad we decided to get up and watch it. This is a memory I will treasure always.

"Sweetheart, are you ready to head back and go looking for an early breakfast?"

"Sure Jack. I just wish we could bring the sunrise home with us."

"Just wait Gabrielle, just wait. I have an idea."

Oh I didn't even notice that Jack had setup the camera. I wonder what he wants to to with the video.

Nevermind, I want to be surprised. Ever since we reunited I have never had to fear the "surprise" from Jack. I trust that it will be something good, something I will love.

He hasn't gone wrong yet and I doubt he ever will again.
