"Wow, this is good."

Error growled, pausing his crocheting to finally make a complaint.

"Ca-n you ea-t any qui-ter!?"

Ink blinked at him innocently, his Nice Cream bar still half stuffed in his mouth.

"Hmpth?"

"T-ake the dam-n food ou-t of your mou-th."

Complying, Ink gave him another questioning hum.

"Lo-ok, ju-st- j-ust eat qui-eter ok-ay?"

"But I was-"

"N-o you w-er-ent!"

"Well its gonna make some kind of noise! I have to chew!"

He growled again, twitching slightly.

He knew that.

But he didn't need to chew with his mouth open and most definitely not that loud!

"What? Are you suddenly sensitive to every noise?"

"Sh-ut. U-p."

Glaring, Ink actually listened.

Cruuuunnnch

At least in his fantasy he had.

Now he just ate it slower, purposely trying to annoy the GLITCH.

"Sto-p th-at!"

"Stop what?"

The, obviously, trying to be forced down smirk on Inks face ruined the innocent persona.

"Ch-ewing so lo-ud!"

"Good gracious Glitchy, you need to loosen up!"

Error gave Ink a look, a death glare, in fact.

"May I offer you a Nice Cream and a nice day at Outertale?"

"...So a d-ate?"

Though grumpy, he was interested.

"Yeah, a date I guess."

"Sure, what-eve-r."

Quickly abandoning his yarn involved work, they ventured off through one of Inks dizzying portals and into Outertale, coincidently right by the Nice Cream guy.

Error, being socially awkward, hung back while Ink got him his frozen treat and a second one for himself.

Now settled on the familiar cliffside, the two lovers huddled up together, trying to preserve some warmth between the icy atmosphere and Nice Cream.

At least making an attempt in not being annoying, Ink actually started eating with his mouth closed- or perhaps the thought of this being a date had enticed him to actually having manners.

Error as well seemed to have the same bargain, actually bothering to take time into eating instead of just... swallowing it whole...

He still managed to finish it faster than Ink despite this.

Ink shivered, the mental image of Error's multiple tongues and weird as hell way of eating would forever be burned into his nonexistent brain.

Feeling the shivering, Error mistook it for the other being cold and slipped off his jacket- he still had his red, fluffy sweater to keep his warmth after all- and threw it over Inks skull.

As expected, a moment later Ink grabbed it, giving him the accusing glance of curiosity.

"I fe-lt you shiv-ering so..."

Suddenly feeling awkward, Error recoiled in on himself- hiding his face in his scarf.

The shy action prompted a chuckle out of Ink who was already putting on Errors jacket.

There was three good reasons he had in mind to not hand it back, because he wasn't really that cold so he had no reason to keep it.

For one, Error was being absolutely adorable and Ink didn't want to deny his kindness.

For two, he liked wearing Errors jacket, instead of his usual tight sleeves it was baggy and he just liked wearing it in general.

For three, omfgheswearingErrorsjacketomggmghecansmellhimomghesmellsnicehowdoeshesmellsogoodomgggmgmgmgm

Cuddling up again, Ink gently pulled Errors scarf down, revealing the completely flustered skeleton.

He got this shy over lending his jacket?!

This was a whole new level of cute.

Course, Ink knew how to fluster him further- if it was even deemed possible.

He gave the GLITCHY skeleton a kiss, just a quick one, as if he'd never done it in the first place.

When the next action of Error was hurriedly pulling his scarf back up, Ink knew his method had worked.

Smiling, he rested his head on Error's shoulder.

"...I-f you f-all asl-eep im push-ing you off the -ed-ge."

Ink groaned.

"But I wanted too..."

"How tra-gic."

He huffed in indignation.

"Fun ruiner."
