Dinner wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. I sat with the Hufflepuffs without any teachers noticing. We faced away from the Gryfinndors, so we wouldn't have to face Seamus of any of his friends. Draco was looking over at me quite a bit, (yes, It's ok to use his first name now). Maybe he wasn't such a bad guy, I mean, he carried me to the hospital wing where I ran into him, and he stood up for me in front of Seamus-wait, what the hell was I thinking. This was MALFOY. He's practically my sworn enemy, I can't be friends with him. I shook off those thoughts and continued to eat my green beans.

I couldn't get her out of my head. I couldn't since the first day of school. She was damn near perfect, with her curly brown hair and her baby blues eyes that put the stars to shame at night, and the way she wasn't afraid of me, and spouted off at me whenever. She looked beautiful tonight, I thought. She had a tight, short sleeve, red shirt with her Gryffindor scarf, and a pair of holey jeans, that fit her great. I knew I was staring, so she kept giving me wierd looks. Crabbe smacked me during one of the times her eyes met mine, and I almost fell off the bench. She thought that was pretty funny. After all that she'd been through since she'd been her she deserved a good guy, someone who treated her right. If she hadn't been with Seamus in the hallway tonight, I would have punched him in the face, even though he deserved worse than that. I looked down at my plate, and then looked around my table. I'd get my ass kicked if they knew I was falling hard for a Gryffindor. It was like Romeo and Juliet my parents had made me study over the summer. Forbidden romance due to lack of freedom to like who you wanted.

"Okay so we're leaving the common room at 12, right?" I was kind of worried about this. If we were caught, we could be expelled.
"Yeah, since prefects check our beds at 11, we'll have to wait a while to make sure that they're also in bed." Molly said. She sounded like she'd done this before.
I gulped. "What happens if we meet someone?"
"We run," Lacey giggled.
"Or we could pretend that we were sleep-walking," Molly giggled.
"All of us?" I snickered.
This was going to be a long, sleepless night. We crawled in bed at 11, like we planned, and waited. This had to be one of the longest waits of my life. Once 12 rolled around, we were going to get dressed, and sneak to one of the empty towers, where we'd meet two of Molly's Ravenclaw friends.
"Get up, Ella," Molly whispered.
I got up quietly, and pulled on a pair of jeans. I put back on my red t-shirt, and slipped on a pair of sandals. I was going to pull my hair back in a pony-tail, but my rubber band broke. My curls hung around my face, irritatingly.
"Let's go," Molly said. The walk up was quiet, and unnoticable. We climbed the stairs to the empty tower, where Molly's two friends were waiting. Both guys. Michael Corner and Eddie Carmichael.
"Ella, these are our 'friends'," Lacey told me.
Molly wrapped her arms around Eddie, and started snogging.
Oh Lord. Why did I need to come up here if they were just going to make out with some guys?
"Keep watch, would ya?"
Oh, so that's how it is.
"I'm going back to bed," I yawned.
The halls were dark, and it was too quiet for me to remain calm. I worriedly hustled back down to the Hufflepuff floor. I slowly descended that stairs that led down to it. Last walk before you're bed, I thought to myself. I heard footsteps. Shit, I'm screwed. I moved into the shadows. Down the stairs came no one other than the infamous Draco Malfoy. What the hell was he doing? He peered down the stairs, and gazed across the room. His eyes stopped at me, and he started squinting his eyes, like he saw something. Oh crap, could he see me?
He descended the rest of the stairs, with a smile on his face. Shit, he must've seen me. Well, maybe not, he was going to walk right past me. I reached out and grabbed his arm. Must hace scared the shit out of him. At least that's what his face said.
"What the hell are doing?" I asked him, pulling him closer to me, so I wouldn't have to talk as loud.
"You scared the shit outta me!" I smiled at his comment. The look on his face still hadn't gone away.
"That's not what I asked,"
"I had another detention," he smirked.
"What'd you do this time troublemaker?" I asked him.
"Long story," he smiled.
I looked up at him. "I have time," I looked down and started fidgeting with his Slytherin Quidditch jacket. My hand was still on his arm.
He looked down at my arm, and shook his head.
"Sorry you had a st-,"
He cut me off, by putting his lips on mine. He lifted my chin, and pulled my face into his. Our lips exploded with passion. He pulled away right away.
"Sorry, I-,"
"You don't have to apologize for something you're not sorry for," I whispered, getting lost in his grey eyes.
He looked as if he was going to say something, but then didn't.
"We can't tell anyone," I said, letting go of his arm.
"Yeah, I'd be screwed if anyone found out," he smirked.
"I have to go back to the Hufflepuff room. If the prefects find out that I'm gone, we're all screwed I said, looking him up and down. He really wasn't that bad of a guy. Not at all. Except for what he was 'destined' to do.
"Ella," he said.
"Hmm?"
"Did you-did you feel anything?" he said, looking nervous.
"You'll have to wait and see," I said smiling, and then walked back to the Hufflepuff rooms.

I stood there and smiled. Like an idiot. I didn't know what else to do, though. I kissed her. On the lips. My heart was still thumping faster than usual. She took my breath away, and it looked as if it didn't even effect her. The kiss was perfect. The moment our lips met, it was a spontaneous combustion of love and passion I'm not sure I can control.
I think I'm in love with a Gryffindor.
