Draco Malfoy just said he loved me. I felt my face flush red.

"I love you too, Draco. I love you alot," I said, looking into his grey eyes. His face was red too. He put his lips on mine and kissed me, a soft gentle kiss.

"I have to take you back to your bedroom," he said, tucking my hair behind my ear.

"You don't have to, I don't want you to get caught," I replied.

"I want to," he said, pulling me up off the ground. "You think Weasley's old broom is up for the job," he teased.

I grabbed onto his shoulders and climbed on the broom after he had kicked up from the ground. I wrapped my arms around his waist. I slid my hands down to the inside of his thighs. I chuckled to myself when he tensed up. I moved my hands to back around his waist as we flew to my window.

"How are you getting back to your room?" I asked him after we were on the ledge.

"I'll climb through with you and leave through the doors," he said like he'd done it before.

"What if you get caught!" I whisper screamed at him.

"Do you always focus on the negative?" he teased me.

I climbed in through the window. He handed me the broom and climbed in after it.

"See you tomorrow?" I whispered, pulling me close.

I grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the bedroom and down into the common room. I kissed him, a kiss that said goodbye for now, but see you soon. He didn't want it to end. I could tell by the eagerness in the way he kissed me, how he wanted more than he could handle-more than I could handle. But the kiss had to end. I pulled off of him and replied, "Where and what time?"

"Astronomy tower, 2 o'clock," he whispered out of breath.

"By Draco," I whispered as he disappeared down the hall. I closed the hall and spun around to see no one other than Ginny. After all those years with 6 older brothers she must have become a light sleeper. She had a horrified look on her face.

"Ginny, it's no-!"

"Were you just kissing Draco Malfoy?" she spat.

"Ginny, you can't tell anyone," I told her.

She looked at me for a while with her horrified, shocked stare, and then swallowed. "On one condition," she said, blinking like she couldn't believe her eyes.

"Whatever you want," I said pleadingly.

"You tell me the whole story behind it tomorrow, no lies, no leaving stuff out," she said.

"Okay, I promise," I said. "Let's go back to bed,"

We returned to our bedrooms. I changed into my pj's, and just laid there, thinking. How was I going to tell Draco about Ginny? What was I going to tell Ginny? I rubbed my face. This was going to be bad. I smiled. Draco said he loves me. LOVES me. I couldn't wait until tomorrow when I could see him. I drifted off into a deep, peaceful sleep.

**Draco**

I was still trembling from the kiss. She even said 'I love you back'. I was thinking so deeply I almost stumbled down the stairs. I ran down them, as fast as I could in the dark, anyways. I opened the door to the common room. No one was in there. I moved to my bedroom, and crawled into my bed. All I could think about was her. I had fallen head over heals in love with her, and I couldn't tell anyone. I didn't really have anyone to tell, though. I closed my eyes and drifted into a deep sleep.

**Ella**

I crawled out of bed, earlier than everyone else, like normal, showered, and got dressed. I wore Monday-wear, jeans and a t-shirt. I let my curls hang around my face, and threw on a little makeup. When I got back to the Gryffindor common room, Ginny was waiting for me.

"Come on, let's go somewhere else," she said, leading me out and down the stairs, towards the Quidditch Pitch.

"So, what the hell are you doing with Malfoy?" she asked me.

"Ginny, we're dating."

"Why? He's no good scum," she retorted.

"No, he's not, you don't know him," I replied.

"He's a Death Eater, Ella, there's nothing good about that," she yelled.

"I know, but you don't understand, you don't know him, once you get past that he's amazing," I puffed.

"Ella, I don't want you to get hurt," Ginny whimpered.

"I know, Ginny, I know exactly where you coming from, but he's different, a good kind of different," I said, reassuringly.

She smiled, "So what were you two doing last night, coming in at 3 in the morning?" she giggled.

I told her the whole story, everything and anything.

"You can't tell anyone, Ginny, nobody can know," I said, after my story.

"I promise," she said.

"Good, now let's go get some breakfast, I'm starving!" I smirked.

"Aren't you always?" she asked me. "What, is all this sneaking around working up an appetite?"

"Just a bit," I laughed back. We walked into the empty Great Hall laughing uncontrollably. We planted ourselves at the table, and just caught up on things, until it the room started to fill. Then we split off into our places at the table. Ron cracked a joke, causing our section of the Gryffindor table to break out into an uproar of laughter. I glanced over at Draco, who was intently watching me. I smiled at him, making him smile back. He shook his head and glanced away.

"Let's go to class," I said, grabbing Hermione's arm.

The day went by quickly, as it does when you actually enjoy life. After our education for the day, we went to the Gryffindor common room, as usual. Normally we'd take turns playing chess, talk, joke, tease, or whatever else we felt like doing.

Oh, but not today. Today was different, and it wasn't the good kind of different, either.
