She walked past me and stood in front of Daphne. I was wondering what she will do next but I haven't expected to see what I saw her doing. She Slapped Daphne hard. I was simply amazed by this, and a little surprised too. "Don't you understand he said no, you touched him, without my permission. He belongs only to me. I wear his ring he is my husband. He is not yours anything," Daphne looked at her baffled. And then her gaze turned towards me. If turned icy.

"You will let her go through it? You will let her do anything she wishes to? Are you not going to say anything at all? I came back to you; I came back here for you didn't I Lucian?" Daphne cried. I picked up her clothes. "Get dressed Daphne. There is only one identity you hold in my life and that is my brother's wife nothing else. I am sorry if you think I can let you be anything other than that Daphne." I told her.

Daphne begin crying hysterically. "I don't believe you Lucian, I don't believe you can fall for someone else, someone who cannot understand you, someone who cannot fulfil you desires, you have to compromise to be with her, I do not believe she is something you want to have in your life. No Lucian you don't. All you need is me you always had."

 "Look Lady, I don't know what you had told Lucian you will give him, but here what I have offered, honesty and Genuinity and I knew he wasn't in love with me when he chose to be with me, I accepted him as he was, I accepted what he had offered to give me." She is right. Violet accepted me as I was.

"And I knew what I was getting out of this relationship. And I didn't minded till I can mend his broken self, left by you, left by your husband and all those around him who didn't understood what he was broken and he given me that, his broken self with promise of nothing in return, You do not get to come and try to take him away after I mended what I was given. You don't get to take the one I have made whole with my own heart and soul." I can feel she was getting distressed. I decided to help her. I pulled her closer to me and Daphne's eyes widen.

"Hush Querida, it had been enough you had said, hush now. You cannot make someone understand about our relationship. Not if they do not want to understand that themselves. Hush now Querida, you know what you did and I know what you mean to me. No one else had to understand you, me and our relationship, Hush now, it is alright. I have got you love; I have got you" I whispered as I saw her eyes begin to water. She leaned more into me. My sweet little Violet. My sweet, sweet Violet.

"Lucian, see how weak she is, she will only drag you down with herself. She is not worth you..." "Daphne, it is not for you or anyone else to decide who I can or cannot be with. It is between me and her. And we do not need a third person in between, so put on your clothes and leave me and my girl alone. Now, I think you had upset her enough for a lifetime. Yet another mistake I have to correct for you and my dear brother Pete." I saw her coming closer as I was holding Violet. 

"No, go Daphne, this discussion is over, all this never happened. I only have one woman in my life and that is Violet who is soon to be my other half Mrs. Lucian Night, and that is something you should install into your brain." I told her.

Daphne walked out of the place. And I was left alone with my Querida thankfully. "It's alright Querida, she is gone now. She is gone," I whispered. "No, she isn't, she is in your heart, just like Rosa is. They all have a part of you in your heart, they own a little piece of you. And that makes me what? Fending off on scrapes? Fending off on the pieces that they think they can give me. And I have to be content with it why? Why I have to be content with it?" She asked. I placed her on my desk and handed her a glass of water.

"Tell me my beautiful woman what is that you want to have? What is that you need from me? I cannot bear your tears Querida. It hurts me to see you cry. See you this much upset and all of it because of me. All of it just because I cannot keep myself in check. I do not wish to make you cry. Tell me please what can I do to put smile on that face. Tell me Querida." I asked wiping her tears. I made her cry; I made the woman who had given me her all selflessly cry. I do not want to make her cry ever again.
