Chapter 9 SEDUCTION GAME

"There is no way you are going to wear those sloppy clothes for our party Mr. Soon" Boo spoke in a formal yet assertive tone as he pushed Soonyoung into the changing room.
The trio went to the mall on Boo's common decision (where Boo takes group decisions on his own) because he wanted to wear something good. Boo loved parties and there was no way he'd let his friends go in one wearing what they currently were. 
After much bickering Soonyoung came out wearing a plain white V neck tee with a black denim jacket over it. Boo had no choice but to approve because Soonyoung looked really hot. DK helped fix soon's hair and the trio was ready for the party.

They excitedly arrived at the party a few minutes after 7 and entered inside the Pub. The moment they went in all eyes turned towards them since they were very popular. Whispers went around through the pub and a certain someone couldn't take his eyes off a very hot looking Soonyoung.
"Your eyes will itch if you don't blink." Joshua teased Woozi.
W: oh shut up and mind your own business. (He kept his gaze at Soonyoung)
Woozi had never felt this way before. He kept looking in Soonyoung's direction unconsciously and thinking about him. This was the first time someone had such an impression over him. He couldn't decide if he really liked the kid or if he was annoyed because of his weirdly cute habits.
Soonyoung had been in deep thoughts throughout the day as well, he had been experiencing emotional changes these days and he didn't want it to be like that. His paranoia and fear of love was still alive and well in his brain. He told himself that he can't fall for anyone even if it was a cute little human being who laughed at his absurdity.
So he decided to not pay attention to Woozi and get rid of whatever feelings he had for him. As he walked towards the seniors he didn't even look at Woozi once. He's respected his hyung a lot and didn't want to get caught looking at him. He kept his gaze focused on others and smiled at everyone who was looking at him. Contrary to common belief  Soonyoung's confidence always fell lower when he had a lot of attention causing him to turn slightly pink in a crowd, unless of course when he was on a stage where he wanted everyone's attention on him.
He stood in front of Woozi, looked at him for a brief second and then greeted the seniors. Woozi was about to say something when Soon's phone buzzed and he excused himself with an apologetic look.
S: Gyuu ! Where are you ? Why are you late ?
M: Umm! I got lost at the entrance can you came outside for a second ?
S: ohh okay on my way !!
He looked at Woozi who looked a little annoyed then took off to find mingyu.

Finding Mingyu was the easiest thing. A tall handsome guy wearing a black tshirt, black jeans and a denim hung over his shoulder was standing in the parking lot smiling at three girls who were definitely there to flirt with him. If anyone were to look at this situation they'd think that Mingyu was a playboy smiling and chatting with three girls outside a pub.
Yet Soonyoung could clearly see the awkwardness Mingyu was radiating, looking for him to come soon. Knowing how Mingyu hated people coming onto him because of his looks Soonyoung suppressed the urge to hide away and let the girls torture his friend a bit more. He started walking towards him and waved his hand up in the air.
M: See? My friend is here! I'll leave you girls then ! ( he fake smiled at the girls who didn't look happy, bowed and took big steps towards Soonyoung )
Mingyu happily put his arm around the smaller's shoulders and smiled widely at him.
M: Thank god soonie ! I thought I would die at the hands of those girls today ! I hate them uggghh (he giggled)
S: I guess you owe me one then!
Soonyoung giggled at Mingyu's excited state. They walked over to the pub and entered again to gain a lot of attention.
Soonyoung could feel Woozi's gaze piercing on them through the crowd when he realised that Mingyu's hand was still on his shoulder and they were walking glued to each other. Soonyoung knew Mingyu had no other intentions so he was alright with him hanging around him.
He actually liked physical contact with others and both his idiotic besties were anyway big contact freaks. (Boo and Seok)
Mingyu on the other hand was out having an experiment of his own. He always noticed Woozi's attention to Soonyoung and wanted to confirm what the scene was. In his defence he was doing it because he wanted his only close friend to be his close friend forever. He had finally made a friend he wanted to hold on to. He didn't really mean anything bad by the contact but he wanted to test out Woozi's reaction which was a piercing gaze on him. He reluctantly let Soonyoung go as they neared the seniors and greeted them.
The party started with a few serious rounds of drinking till a point where everyone got a little tipsy and opened up.
Soonyoung was sitting beside Mingyu facing Boo and Seok when a bunch of seniors joined in on their table. Woozi came and sat on the other side of Soonyoung and his fellow Vernon scooted next to Boo. Coups and his boyfriend joined in on Mingyu and seok's side and soon the table filled in with 12 people chatting and drinking together.
C: "This reminds me ? Where is the new kid from your team Josh? The one who joined last? Jonwoo I think ?"
J: " Oh he said he might not be able to join since he hadn't settled in town yet. He said he might come if he found a cheap stay somewhere."
C:" That's a shame! He could've met everyone today ! Anyway want to play a game?"
As soon as the word game left his mouth Boo's eyes started glittering!
B: " I know a perfect game for a party like this " ( he stood up and steadied himself using Vernon's shoulders for support)
