"What about my dad?" Axton asked

"What about my dad?" Axton asked. I recapped on the day he brought me baby presents. "I went to go find you and I walked by your parents room and I heard your dad. He had a chain in his hand. The second he ripped it off he changed into a whole other person. It was the weirdest thing. You have to believe me." I explained. Trying my best not to sound like a lunatic. I really hoped Axton believed me and he didn't think I was trying to drive a wedge in the relationship with his father. Well fake father. Axton's brows furrowed together at the statement I made. "I don't not believe you Quinn but I need proof." He negotiated. I smiled, appreciate his response. "Let's go to bed now." He declared. I walked next to Axton. He threw his arm over my shoulder and we walked back to our room. Waltzing back into our room I flopped on the bed and Axton followed short behind me. He grabbed my waist and pulled me into him. Falling into a deep slumber.

The next morning I got straight to investigating. Well and taking care of the twins. Axton pretty much took care of the kids most of the time. I needed to prove to him that something was off with his father. While Axton was busy with the kids I ran around the house in search of Diana. I found her in the laundry room. Ironing a blue button up shirt. "Hey Diana. By any chance do you know where Shawn is?" I asked. She nodded her head with a smile. "He went on a walk just a minute ago. He won't be back for a while actually." She responded. "Aw that sucks. Thanks anyways." I replied before quickly speed waking towards the room. I stood over their dresser in search for the pendant. It wasn't on top of the dresser. That would have been to easy.

I ran over to there bed and starting feeling under the pillows, under the mattress. Nothing. Running over to the opposite side of the bed I opened the nightstand draw. The pendent. Laying carefully and precisely placed on top of a soft piece of cloth. I grabbed the chain and walked over to the mirror. This was it I was sure of it.
