     ** Trigger warning!!!: Violence**

I cough from the concrete debris and can't recover as quickly as usual; Venom dropped down on top of me, his legs on either side of my body. I get a punch to the face and my head throbs. I see a bat and shoot a web onto it's handle and pull it to my hand. Then shoot a web under Eddies legs, pulling myself through and flipping back onto my feet. I clutched the metal bat in my hand that had Brooklyn written across it. Eddie laughed, turning around, "You think you can beat me with that?"

I look around the room and spot vintage lockers that were being used to display clothing, I look back at Eddie and shrug, "kinda." I jump over and stick onto the lockers, banging the bat against them. Venom shrieks and starts to shake and spazz wildly around Eddie. He covers his ears as I continue but then he punches at me- "Uh oh." I jump out of the way and drop the bat, knowing I wouldn't be able to carry that out forever. I grab a green hoodie and wait for Eddie to make his move once more before jumping onto his shoulders and pulling it over his head. Then I jump up and kick him from behind, pushing him into the wall. Eddie grunted, ripping the hoodie apart, turning back to me. "That was forty five dollars: I know you have the money-" I say, dodging his two punches. "It may be overpriced but it's New York—" I say, hitting a punch and two kicks into Eddie's stomach before being struck to his black webs and swung into the wall, breaking through the side. The shelf of metal bats went with me as they lined that wall, as I huffed Eddie grabbed my suit by the chest and lifted me up towards him. "Son of a-" he starts when a bat is swung at his face hard, he stumbles and falls back into the store, letting go of me. I looked at where the bat was swung from and there was MJ. Her chest moved up and down as she breathed, her eyes being scared but yet amazed by what she'd just done. I feel myself smile, before getting up, "Thanks for your help."

She looked at me, remembering herself, "I didn't want to owe you later." She said, with a different smile on her face. As I looked at her, I noticed she seemed almost nervous.

I titled my head confused, webbing up the wall Eddie broke through to stall him from getting out of the gift shop. "Ma'am I suggest you vacate." Eddie jumps out from the top of the building with a yell. I jump up and swing away from MJ so he'd follow me. I land on top of the Farris wheel and Eddie lands in front of me, causing the cart to tilt forward, I stick to the roof luckily but Eddie slipped slightly. We fight back and forth, the cart tilting with us, I jump off at one point and shoot a web to the bottom swinging to the top of a small roller coaster, Venom follows suit, jumping on top of me before I had the chance to dodge; my body slams into the bars of the coaster. He puts his foot on my back, pressing me into the bars uncomfortably. "Get a kick out of your night yet?"

"You're sick." I heave out, not being able to breathe that well, he presses harder.

"I wasn't actually going to kill her, you know, I knew you'd be here."

I look up at him from the ground, the bars starting to vibrate, my eyes widen as Eddie shoots the black tar over my hands and arms; Eddie jumped off and I looked behind me, my spidey sense rattling my head as the roller coaster cart approached. I pull and pull frantically, finally getting my hands free and barely dodging as I fall and stumble into the cart, hitting two of the seats before falling onto the floor of one of the carts, "Ow." I sit up shakily, My suit having torn at my leg and arm from the cart. I turned to face forward where the cart was heading. I see Eddie jump over to go back to the beach but I jump up and shoot a web onto his arm, "Where are you going?" I called. He grunted, annoyed as he yanked his arm that I was attached to up, "Oh shi-" he punches me across the face, tearing my mask across my right cheek. It sends me flying back to the ground as I slide against the concrete. For once, I wished it had been the sand. My suit tears in other places and I cough out some blood, feeling the red liquid come out my nose. All this time I've only been able to lay a few scratches on him. I attempt to sit up, but I can't. My body threatens to go limp as I try to stand back up. "C'mon Spidey, let's accept that I won this round." The voice calls from behind. He kicks me in the stomach, I cough and my body caves in. I attempt to stand up once more but Eddie huffs and grabs one of the metal fences used to designate where lines are for rides and tears off the bottom, I almost get up when he slams the metal against me, the bars piercing the ground, one bar piercing through my arm, and pinning me there. I suck air in through my teeth. Eddie laughs, "I'll admit it, Pete, you never know when to quit. I'm afraid I can't stay though, I have to go find my girlfriend and take her home. My home." He kneels down in front of me, my fists clench that being all I could muster as he pulls off my mask, I look up at him weakly, my cheek laying against the rough concrete. "C'mon Pete, smile." My vision blurs as he throws my mask back down in front of me, "I'll see you." He says, venom coming undone and hiding under his shirt, The old Eddie back with a grin smeared across his face. He leaves and I lie there until I can finally stand up and push the metal fence off me. I sit on the ground, grabbing my mask and sliding it on, just until I could limp over to the subway and catch a ride off the back. Luckily, the park was empty and barely anyone was on the subway. I lay down on the back and take off my mask, coughing.

I attempt to swing back to my apartment, my body aching and hurting with each move I make. I stumble onto the fire escape. It was dark in the city, all the lights inside were off, the clouds even covered the moon. I tried to enter carefully but the moment I step inside my leg gives in and I fall to the floor with a thud. I take off my mask and throw it off somewhere. I just needed to not pass out. I cough and my stomach tenses, my immune system trying to pull itself back together.
