Chapter Forty

Katsuki's POV:

"Let's go to McDonald's!" Dunce Face yells. Todoroki deadpans. "I have loads of money and the place you wanna waste it on is McDonald's?"

Kaminari frowns. "So, no McDonald's?" He asks. Kaminari sighs and looks at me. "You up for that?"

I nod. "We can get a lot of stuff. Hell, if you want, you could ever pay for everyone in the place if you want to blow the money," I suggest. He gets a contemplative look on his face. "Hm, you're a genuis. HEY! We could go to the mall and I could buy a whole bunch of stuff for all of us. Yeah?" He asked excitedly. "I never really get to do that since I never really hung out with people outside of school before. This is fun," he smiles.

"Well, I'm the coolest person to hang out with so you're in luck," Kaminari smiles and bows. "Shut up, he's here cause of me. I'm the coolest," I argue. Just for fun. We both look at Todoroki and he smiles nervously. "Listen, uhhh don't look at me. I'm here because of both of you," he tries. We both put a hand over our hearts. "What? How heartbreaking. I thought you loved me," I say, faking sadness.

"I thought I could trust you," Kaminari cries. He hides his face in his hands and pretends to cry. Todoroki shoves both of ur and we laugh. "Tch, fine. Whatever," I say. "Let's go get MCDONALD'S!" Dunce Face yells, a side smile on his face as he lifts his head from his hands. "Okay, let go," Halfie says and we start heading to the closest McDonald's.

"I want chicken nuggets. Tons of them," Kaminari says. Todoroki nods. "Hm, okay, how many?" Dunce Face puts his hand on his chin as he thinks. "Uhhh, like 20 or 30. With fries. Oh! And a drink. Also an ice cream. Hm, a coffee or a soda?" He thinks to himself. I smile and Todoroki turns to me as Kaminari continues deciding. "Uhh, I want two hot'n'spicies and uhh fries. Also a caramel frappé," I tell him. He smiles and nods. "Just like what you wanted last time we came," he says out loud. "Tch, I just know what I like," I frown. He laughs. "I love you," he breathes out and I turn around, face turning red.

He's so annoyingly hot and cute. Stupid face. Ugh.

"Guys! I said no lovey dovey stuff," Dunce Face whines. I point at Todoroki, blaming him immediately. "I didn't even do anything," I argue. Todoroki scoffs. "What!? Look at you. Being you is more than enough. What am I supposed to do? Just look and be like 'eh'? No, you're so cute all the time being all shy when you're usually like 'ugh I'm dark and agh'. It's not my fault. If anything, you should blame Bakugo."

I get even more red and look away. Kaminari starts laughing and covering his face. "You're oblivious Bakugo. Jeez, that was kind of adorable. I thought you'd be yelling," he laughs, holding his stomach. "What? Shup the fuck up. Both of you," I yell. My face feels really hot. "Bro you're so red!"

Am I really that red?

I cover my face, trying to hide it. "Shut up, I'll blow both of you to bits," I threaten, trying to make them stop picking on me. I hear another laugh and I look up to see Halfie laughing too. He's so pretty.

Agggh no.

I turn even more red and Dunce Face gasps from laughing his ass off. "I bet you blow Todoroki all the ti-"

I accidentally let out explosions as I pull my hands away from my face and they both fall to the floor, laughing so hard. What's so funny? I'm just red! That's all. AGGHH. "Dunce Face shut the fuck up," I yell. Todoroki nods at Kaminari as they laugh, hitting him with his hand. "He does," he laughs hard. I gasp and kick him I the stomach. Not too hard, but enough to hurt. "ShUT UP! NO I DON'T," I complain. I've done it once. And that was at the cabins.

"YOU'VE DONE IT TO ME TWICE. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND," I fight back and as soon as the words leave mouth, I regret them instantly. Kaminari is probably dead, he's not even making any noise at this point. I look at them on the floor and Todoroki is covering his face from embarrassment, small laughs escaping his lips. Hm, I could kiss him. No!
