' Middle of no where ' Jimin kept on thinking when he was driving to the park where Jungkook usually went for jogging. ' What is it actually ? '
He gripped the steering wheel tightly and pressed the accelerator again hoping to speed up since he couldn't wait till he get to Jungkook. ' Middle of no where. ' He repeated again. ' Trees. Daffodils. Sun shine. Can-- can it be possible? '
Then his eyes widened when the realization suddenly hit him like a tidal wave.
' It's the park, isn't it ? '
Middle of no where is the name of the park. The park where Jungkook usually went. And then with that, he felt his heart oddly relaxing with the thought that maybe the dream was just useless. It's possible to see places and incidents familiar to you while you sleep, right ? Especially the things you thought a lot before you went to sleep.
' That must be the reason. ' He remarked again.
But was it possible to dream a place you've never been to ? He wasn't the person to exercise at the crash of dawn, unlike Jungkook. So, he had never been to that place before. So was it possible to dream that place ? And he knew he had to find it out.
Two birds with one stone.
Then he fell into a deep thinking of ' Is that dream actually useless ? ' And it seemed as if he reached the park sooner than he expected since he was brooding in his thoughts.
He parked the car at the parking lot and got off. Luckily just next to that place was a café. He paused at there to waste some more minutes to take two coffees since the emptiness in his stomach was already starting to rocking in and it would also fresh up Jungkook. Then with quick steps he went into the park after buying a ticket.
Having no idea where Jungkook could be, he stopped at the entrance to take a call. After a few seconds of ringing Jungkook answered the phone.
" Hey baby. " The younger was the first one to greet him. Jimin guessed that he was right about Jungkook when he heard those words in midst of pants and heavy breaths. " Hey Babe. " He greeted back when a smile stretched at his lips when he realized that it was the first time he made a bold move using that pet name though Jungkook never seemed to have much care of using it all the time. And just Jungkook's voice did the trick in making the matters at hand dissipate and making Jimin's mind clear from all the worries he had just seconds before when he realized that he let out a breath that he didn't know he was holding.
" You're jogging right ? "
"Mm hmm, " the younger of the two hummed. " Why ? what's the matter ?"
A soft chuckle left Jimin's lips. " Just come to the entrance. I can't hold two coffees with a phone next to my ear, you know ?! "
And then Jimin heard him gasp which was followed by excited words, " Really Jimin ? You came because of me ? "
" Mm, yeah ? "
" That's so sweet of you. " And he chuckled, almost to himself. " I can't believe I got you out into the park in a weekend."
" Okay, now get your ass off here. You can praise me all you want later. "
Then another soft chuckle filled in through the phone which was like honey to his ears. " Okay then hold a sec Jiminie. " And then he hung up.
With a heartened smile on his face, Jimin turned his head to the front to look at the place for the first time as he fished his phone back to the deep of his sweat pant's pocket. The narrow road leading to the front split in to two ways that lead into opposite sides. And the place was greenery, decorated by flowers which was a mixture of a lot of eye-catching colors. The soft wind blowing through those flowers was scented with their unique fragrance that was enough to calm a soul even after a long suffocation.
