[Mbalenhle]
"Are you okay"i ask Thandolwethu having her at arms length she gives me a smile at that nodding her head shyly, we were in Ulundi on my fathers paternal home and suprisingly Qhawe's house wasn't even that far from mine,my father never saw the need to come back to Ulundi after moving to Johannesburg but we did come here for ceremonies and everything."Am fine Ma" she said dismissive at that , the whole Ndlovu clan was fussing over her, well Qhawe's twins at most, Qhawekazi and Nqobile mostly they wouldn't let her leave their site.
"Are you sure Isisa" i smiled she chuckled at that, its been 3 days in Ulundi, everything went accordingly and Lwethu was introduced to her Fathers ancestors earlier today, after they held a ceremony for her ,imbeleko which was to introduce her to the ancestors and she was given a second name by her father which was Isisa meaning tenderness, old fashion name i know typically Zulu man, now she was Thandolwethu Isisa Qwabe which wouldn't last long because now Qhawe wanted her to use his surname now that everything was done properly, plus her name would be added on certificate as the first name Isisa Thandolwethu Ndlovu.
"Oho" she said laughing at that and not long after Qhawe's siblings came, I've realise how tight they were, although Qhawekazi and Nqobile were the closest they even dressed alike at their age but i wasn't judging.
"Ba...Mbalenhle these are my siblings ,Singleton Mxolisi" he pointed at the man with his hands in pocket, he laughed at that shaking his head.
"You could have just said Mxolisi , kodwa ke ngoba ninedrama mele niexplain kuthi mina ubra god wangithuma ngingedwa sengifela nje lokho"(but because you dramatic you had to explan that God sent me alone in this world , am being discriminated for that) they erupted in laughter at that i realise he must be a usual target to them. "Ngifela nje ukuthi akhomuntu ozongikhulumela"(am being discriminated because the is no one who can defend me) he added before retreating his hand for a hand shake and we did.
"Anyway as i was saying before being rudely interrupted " he threw his eyes at Mxolisi who proceeded with 'mcm' at him "these are the triplens the ocean people" he said pointing at the guy and a women standing side by side, the women who i believe was Nolwandle had her head in Lwandle's shoulder while Lwandle had his arm around Nolwandle's shoulders they looked pretty close , i wonder how having a twin is.
"Ngimdala njalo mfana "(bare in mind am older than you)Lwandle said thinning his eyes at that pointing at Qhawe who laughed at it pointing at Qhawe warningly, Nolwandle fixed her glasses.
"By 2 years" he said "anyway as i was saying this is Nolwandle the second born and Lwandle the third born" he emphasised on that.
"Bare in mind she is older with 2 minutes gap" he said throwing his eyes at Qhawe warningly yet again.
"The point is she is older , moving on these are..." he heave a loud sigh at that "these are my twins, Nqobimpi which you've met ofcause, then the twins Qhawekazi and Nqobile who you've met too, and this is the last born Manqoba" he finally concluded after countless handshakes and hugs.
"Wow no one told me that we outnumbered as girls" Nolwandle said at that they were a ball of fresh air from my normal life they were three girls and five boys.
"Can you take me home its getting late" i whispered to Qhawe who nodded ,Lwethu would spend a night here. We said our goodbyes to them and Lwethu too, he held my waist as we walked not to his car but to one of many house in this yard.
"I thought you could spend a night" he said answering my unasked question, my face gave away as i folded my arms in my chest with an eyebrow raised.
"This is disrespecting your father's yard Qhawe bringing girlfriends around his yard"i said he shrugged his shoulders throwing himself on the bed.
"You the mother of my child" he said getting rid of his shoes and patted a space , i rolled my eyes at i joined him on the bed, his hands held my waist tightly. "How are you , i haven't spent time with you today" he asked me i took a deep breath.
"I just found out i might go to jail, the is a possibility " i said we never got to talk or be us in a while now, i went on to tell him everything the prosecutor had went on to explain to me.
"Come here" he said pulling me up , and captured my lips into his, i always enjoyed his kisses of reassurance, i pulled away as my demons started attacking me yet again."i would never let that happen" he said making sure that i understand his words , word by word.
"Teach me how to pleasure you" i said randomly feeling his tent poking my legs, he kept quite for few minutes biting his lower lip, the silence stretched that his gaze made me uncomfortable, until a knock disturbbed us.
"Qhawe" the male voice said on the other side i couldn't say who it belonged to, the knock was persistent even after Qhawe tried to ignore.
"Ufunani Mxolisi" he shouted not moving, nor his hands leaving my waist, his eyes haven't even moved from mine, i couldn't escape his penetration because he was holding me tight.
"Can i come in" he shouted back "khona why are we speaking through the door"he asked shouting.
"No you can't come in hamba Mxolisi ngiyabuya manje"(go Mxolisi I'll see you in a minute) he said after that we heard footsteps fading away.
"Why" he looked at me dead in the eye after that question. "I know you not ready so why" he asked i kept quite chewing my inner lip.
"Am afraid that you will grow tired of waiting for me"
