Clark had no idea what to think about Sarah and young Clark being missing. They had been missing for over two days. For him it felt like forever, he wondered if this was how she felt when he died. When the two had reappeared badly beaten, he even thought he had lost her.
"You alright son?"
"Yeah, this is the first time Sarah and I had been apart this long."
"How so?"
"When I sacrificed myself to save the world, I left her alone. Bruce was the only other person who knew who she was, what she was. And even then he told me she would barely turn to him."
"Did she blame him?"
"I guess somewhere inside she did. When Bruce brought me back, I was angry, I guess in my way I felt I had found peace. Sarah is the one light in my life I can't lose. And now she has been hurt bad."
"Son, she is healing they both are. Don't give up on her yet."
"I'm not I just never thought I would have to worry about her."
"Come inside, you can check on them."
"Sure." Clark said to him, he turned to follow Johnathan into the house when they both stopped as a sports car came to a skidding hault in the yard.
"Lex?" Johnathan said looking at the younger man.
"Mr. Kent, I was told that Clark and his cousin had been found injured."
"How did you find out?" Clark asked looking at Lex.
"Lana told me, and she found out from Chloe."
"I knew telling her that he had been hurt was a bad idea." Johnathan said looking at Lex.
"They are both fine, just a few scrapes and bruses."
"They are inside, Sarah was sleeping and Clark was helping his mother bake, he thought it would be a nice gesture."
"It is, I didn't know Clark could bake."
"There is allot about Clark you don't know. But we are going back inside and I will let my cousin and fiance know you stopped by. Have a good day Lex." Clark said, he turned and headed into the house followed by Johnathan.
Clark turned and looked at Johnathan, he could see the older man questioning him.
"I thought you didn't lie?"
"I didn't completely lie, they are inside, and Clark is up." He said pointing to the stairs, Johnathan turned and looked at his very confused son.
"How?"
"You passed out in the yard. Is Sarah awake?"
"That was why I said how, she is floating."
"What?" Clark said, he cleared the stairs coming to a stop just outside the bedroom.
"Sarah." He said walking into the room.
"Is that normal for her?"
"Not since I've known her. Sarah, hey."
Sarah turned her head, her turquoise eyes glowed brightly.
"Oh damn. Sarah." Clark moved closer to her and caught her as she fell.
"What the hell?" She asked confused.
"Are you alright?"
"My back hurts a bit, and a slight headache but I am fine."
