Sarah reappeared in a small encampment and was surprised by how many were there. Women and children huddled afraid as they saw her many moved toward her. Sarah was unsure as to what to do, she had never had to deal with the people she had left her home at a young age.
"My princess you've returned to save us."
"Yes, I am sorry I could not return sooner."
"We have you back now."
"Princess please come with me." The young man spoke getting her attention. She nodded and followed along behind him, they entered a large tent. There behind the large oak table was one of the men that tortured her and young Clark. Anger filled her as she stared at the man before her.
"Before you become angry my princess. I only followed orders, I did not wish to hurt you and tried to avoid you being beaten. I am sorry I failed you." He said to her bowing his head in shame.
"You were a royal guard?"
"I was, my father was your personal guard when you were much younger. I beg your forgiveness and will take any punishment you give."
"I give nome, what is it you have planned? They have my beloved and his counter part."
"Yes we had heard they had two Kryptonians. Their kind has not been seen here in over a hundred years."
"What? I was never told they had been here before."
"The king made sure that their visit had never been truly documented but those that served in the palace knew they had been here. They were searching for new places to colonize but our world was too much for them to handle. But seems the two the dragon king has can handle it."
"Has there been any news from the palace?"
"King Marcus was put to death at sunrise. The Kryptonians have been chained to the crosses that stand on the castle walls. They are easily seen."
"Show me."
"Bring two horses."
Once the horses were brought,  he led Sarah toward the castle walls, they stopped to stay hidden within the tress. Sarah let her eyes scan along the castle walls until they came to rest on the two men that were chained to the X shaped crosses.

Clark looked over at the younger man, he could see the pain on his face and the weakness he felt. They could no longer talk to each other as they were now gagged. Clark had long given up on breaking the chains that held him, his eyes scanned the forest before him. He sensed her, he could always sense her, she once told him it was because of their special bond. He closed his eyes and almost called out to her.
"Sarah."
"I am here. I will get to you just remain calm. How is young Clark?"
"He is weak, I can see the pain on his face. Please hurry."
"I will stay calm." Sarah told him. Clark nodded and closed his once more, he himself was weak and with he did it took everything out of him as he went limp.

Sarah turned and looked at the man before her.
"Do you have a name?"
"Calen my lady."
"Calen, ready all those that can fight, we take back what is ours."
Sarah said, she turned to remount her horse when a pain shot through back.  Sarah dropped to her knees and screamed as her back felt as if it was on fire.
"My lady?"
Two guards came running toward them as they had remained near by.
"Fetch the healer. I fear the prophecy has started to come to pass."
"Yes my lord." The guard said rushing away from Calen.  Calen looked at Sarah with disbelief as she screamed in pain. He stepped back as she finally passed out from the pain.
"My lord what has happened?" The female elf asked.
"She is the one from the prophecy. We need to get her back to the camp. Let's pray that Jacob doesn't know what she is. Because I know she doesn't."
"What are we to do?"
"For now keep her sedated, it will help with the change."
"Change? Into what?"
"Princess Sarah is half dragon, with how her emotions are now that she has been attacked, beaten, and now her beloved husband and his counter part kidnapped has awakened her dragon side. She is in pain because of the change."
"How do you know this?"
"My father was placed within the palace as her personal guard while she was a child, she was sent to earth to find her true love. But I then watched her from afar, I never expected the king to do what he did. But for now she needs the rest keep her sedated."
"Yes my lord."
Back at the camp Calen looked down at Sarah and moved her hair from her face.
"I am so sorry my queen, this never should have happened. But your father will come soon, you must remain asleep as long as we can keep you that way."
"When will he be here?"
"A few hours. He wishes to take her with him."
"Why are you betraying her by handing her over to him."
"Sabrina you have never questioned me before why now?"
"Because husband, I want to know why you are handing over the last member of the royal family to the dragon king?"
"He wants her to remain in a deep sleep, as long as she sleeps the prophecy doesn't come to pass. His reign will never end. And as long as she remains that way he won't destroy all of us."
"I understand that but what of the men on the castle walls? They have been moved,  now they are hanging from the walls themselves."
"Three of my best men have entered the palace to free them. For now we just let her stay this way."
They both left the tent and headed toward the main tent when a large man walked toward them.
"Your majesty you are early."
"Where is my daughter?"
"She is asleep in the medical tent, this way."
They walked into the tent to find it empty.
"Where is she?" He growled loudly grabbing the smaller man by the throat.
"She is heavily sedated there is no way she left on her own." He choked out.
"Find her before that fool Jacob does."
"Yes your majesty."

A solitary figure carefully carried Sarah's unconscious form toward the castle in the distance. She would be on display for her father to see by sunrise.
