For the next raid at Mahiru Koizumi's house for the other part of the friendship bracelet, Kokichi decided to take one of his members with him.
Anchihiro Akuno, is her name. Her skin color is tan. Her hair is blond but honestly it looks more like gold. It's short till her shoulders. If you want to know how her hairstyle exactly looks, just search Chara undertale and then images. They have the same hairstyle. She has those typical Japanese eyes. Her eye color is amber.

This is what Anchihiro is wearing. It's her DICE uniform. Everyone is DICE wears something that looks like Kokichi's outfit.
The reason why Anchihiro is coming this time is because she has an unique gift. She can mimic everyone's voice perfectly. Doesn't matter what gender they are or how old they are, she does it perfectly.
Mahiru is already warned that the phantom thief is coming for her bracelet since Hiyoko's been stolen. She has set guard's all around the place. There is no way to get in. So the only option to get him in is to use Anchihiro's gift to lure the guards away using Mahiru's voice.
And how can this end badly do you ask? Anchihiro is probably going to do something that can reveal or hint at the phantom thief's identity. She likes to make things interesting as she says it. You think this wouldn't be a problem for Kokichi since he likes interesting things, but no. Kokichi, knows where to stop. Anchihiro doesn't. But Kokichi just can't stay mad at her since she is his best friend. Because their pretty much alike. Anchihiro only never lies. And it also looks like the emotion shame doesn't exist in her world.
And the last thing, she always has a large grin on her face. You know the grin of the cheshire cat? Something like that. She only drops it when she's really surprised which she barely is. Kokichi and the rest of DICE really wonders if that doesn't hurt her, always grinning like that.
Anchihiro: "Don't worry, I'II behave for the most part." Kokichi: "Yeah we'll behave! For the most part. Come on Inta we've got this!"
Inta Byua, one of the more serious people in the group. He's the one who plans out all the raids and escape routes. In DICE he's also know to be pretty much the babysitter for a few people. Like Anchihiro and Kokichi. But also for a the twins. But they are for another chapter!
Inta has red hair. Not as red as a cherry, orange red hair. His hairstyle is kinda upwards but it's just not a mohawk. He has a few freckles on his face. His eyes are green.
