So since my exams over I have a week of freedom so I'll quickly post the chapter.
I recently found this book on wattpad and it really refreshing so go check it out.

This story really kinda helped me. So go check it out.
Now on to the topic of self harm and suicide.
Self harm is when people hurt themselves physically to for get mental pain. It gets your mind off of everything, But only for a brief time.
Now study states that when people start self harming, they never even know why they start it .
The causes can be very common. They are mentioned below: 1. stress at work or school 2. Bullying at work, school and even in family 3. Past trauma 4. Depression
And i don't know much after these so..... Simply Google it.
Anyways i would say visit a therapist. Its okay to seek help when needed its fine to have problems and to be scared its okay to let your emotions out regardless your gender.
Now stress at work to be honest I've only witnessed adults having stress at work and therefore i don't know much about that. But i do know that you should take a break once in a while or eat properly. Trust me when i say a good meal always lifts your spirit. And if necessary from time to time talk to a friend, family, relative, sibling anyone will do as long as they help you forget the bad time and make you smile.
Bullying at school or work. Now when being bullied at school you have to learn when to fight back and when to ignore. Nonetheless always keep your temper in control cause if you get angry and do something wrong you'll be harming yourself. Learn to calmly argue with your bullies, if necessary also take self-defence if things are physical. Don't trust people too easily humans are best and worst creation so be aware of worse ones.
Now about past trauma. If you have any sort past trauma that you struggle to deal with then its best to take professional help. If not the try to motivate yourself more. Give yourself time to heal before resurcting yourself. Don't kill or hurt yourself. What dosen't kill you only makes you stronger. And you survived your life so now let yourself live.
Also if you die than how will the world know of your story or how strong you are?

Now back to the topic of Depression. Depression mostly happens from too much of free time, where your brain dosen't function and you keep dwelling into negetive thoughts and remembering bad times. So to overcome depression you need to make your brain function. But how do you do that? You find yourself a hobby. Yea you find yourself a hobby and make yourself a routine to keep going with life.
This will slowly help you cure yourself, build new dreams and keep going in life. Having something to do will keep you from dwelling in the bad times.
Conclusion:
Remember that life is too short to waste on crying over things that are not worth it. Life is too short to have regrets and be upset. Live your life, its a blessing. Suicide dosen't end your pain it passes itself to someone else. Kill the pain inside you and heal the real you. Don't let your fears or demons tie you down. Listen to your consciousness or the good part of you. Yea everyone has one right? Use it.
Don't push those people away who care about you.
Loneliness makes one numb and if you add stress to loneliness it leads to being frustrated with life, which slowly leads to self harm and suicidal thoughts.
Don't give up either. Don't give up on anything thats worth fighting cause giving up is the birthplace of regrets.
