Chapter 15

I woke up in his arms , as the light was hitting my face. I had realized it was the next morning, I had fallen asleep for that long. I look next to me and see Draco asleep next to me and his arms still wrapped around me tight. I went and pulled the hair strands out of his face and reached and kissed his forehead. I started rubbing his cheek with my hand admiring his presence. I was happy , I felt safe for the first time in a long time, I was genuinely happy.
A few minutes later I saw Draco's eyes start fluttering open.
"Mourning sunshine" I whispered as Draco's eyes opened fully to my face, he smiled.
"Hey" he whispered back as he kissed my lips. He sat up out of his bed as I was still laying down.
I was watching the muscles in his back as he lifted his arms and stretched.
"Jeez" I whispered while watching him in his bed.
Draco stood up out of the bed and grabbed a pair of sweatpants off of the floor and put them on. He walked over to his closet and pulled out a t- shirt and threw it at me.
"Put it on" he said as the t shirt hit my face
I looked at him and started putting on his t-shirt. I pushed a pillow up against his headboard and started sitting up in his bed.
"So" I said awkwardly, Draco looked and started staring at me.
"What?" he asked as he grabbed a shirt out of his closet and put it on.
" where are we going?" i asked as Draco was putting his shoes on
"We are going nowhere, i am going to go get food" He said as he was finishing tying his shoes.
" ok we'll i'm going too then" i stated as i started to get up out of his bed,Draco looked at me annoyed
"By myself " I added , looking back at him. I stood up from his bed and walked over to my clothes laying by his bed.
"No you're staying here" Draco said as he kicked my clothes pile to the side of him.
"Said who?" I said to him annoyed.
"Me," he said, grabbing my hand, "you're staying here,for when I get back," he smiled.
I pulled my hand away and responded " I'm not a sex toy that you get to play with whenever you want Draco,and im hungry" i looked down and picked up my shorts and started putting them on.
"I never said you were" he said watching me place on my shorts.
"That's what you implied" i muttered
He rolled his eyes and started walking towards his door, i looked over at him and yelled
"Hello? Wait for me" I said, looking annoyed, struggling to put on my shoes.
Draco looked back and stopped walking
"What if- what if someone sees us?" he asked
"Uh.. good for them ?" I answered by finishing putting on my shoes.
" you don't get it " he said annoyed
"Don't get what" i said annoyed while tying my shoes
" No, i'm not fighting with you on this again" he muttered as he walked over to the door knob
I rolled my eyes and finished tying my shoes
As I was walking out of Draco's room a lot of slytherin's were staring at me looking confused, I heard a few of them making snippy comments.
I finally made it to the hallway when I spotted Hermione walking down the hallway with Ginny.
"Mione" I yelled as they were a few feet away from me. Hermione looked back and her face lit up.
"Y/n!" She yelled as she ran to me, Ginny followed.
She ran up to me and pulled me in for a big hug.
"You scared me!" she yelled as she hit my arm
"Sorry" i laughed " i uh- fell asleep in a classroom".
Hermione looked at me and didn't question it , She looked down at my shirt and looked confused.
"Where'd you get that?" she asked
I looked down at the shirt and noticed it said Slytherin Quidditch in big white letters as it was a black shirt.
My eyes went wide and i quickly look back up at Hermione
"Oh, I found it, " I said awkwardly, trying to laugh.
"Sure.." Ginny said as she grabbed my arm and started walking with me, Hermione followed.
Hermione's face looked puzzled but we had just kept on walking.
As we walked into the great hall I spotted Fred,George, Ron and Harry sitting together at the very end of the table. As I was walking I spotted Draco sitting across from them at the slytherin table.
I tried to avoid his eye contact and just kept walking up to them down at the table. As I walked up my memory had just flooded with me and Frde's conversation the night of my birthday. As i saw Fred and he saw me his eyes widened
"Hey" I whispered to them as I went to sit next to them on the table.
The whole table was silent , Fred was trying to avoid eye contact with me and the rest of them just kept their heads down.
"Ok.." i said awkwardly
Ginny looked up and asked " What's wrong with you guys?"
Hermione started looking around the table wondering the same thing.
George stuck his head up and looked at me, " so a slytherin?" he said looking annoyed. Fred kept his head down.
I looked towards him and asked " what?"
"You're dating a slytherin? Seriously?" Ron asked, finally looking at me.
Hermione looked over at Ron and answered " No"
"Why is she wearing that?" George asked, pointing at my shirt.
"Long story" i answered
Fred finally said something and just whispered " doubt that"
"Seriously?" i asked looking at all the boys
They all stared at me and trying to avoid eye contact and didn't say a word
"Fine" I whispered as I stood up from the table and started walking towards the door.
"Rude" Hermione yelled as she stood up and started following me , Ginny spilled George's drink and did the same.
"Idiots" I whispered as I walked out with Hermione and Ginny. Draco was staring at me watching the whole thing. As i got into the hallway i turn around facing Hermione and Ginny who were following me
"Ok , i have to come clean" i said scared
Hermione looked at me confused and whispered " Ok..?"
"I kinda have a thing with someone.." i mumbled looking at Hermione and Ginny
Ginny's face dropped and Hermione started hitting my arm.
"WHAT! YOU DID-" Hermione was screaming at me and she was slapping the side of my arm
"I'M SORRY" I was weeping as she was hitting my arm very hard.
Ginny grapped Hermione and laughed "Stop!"
Hermione pulled her arm away and asked "Is it a slytherin" she asked annoyed
I stayed silent watching her reaction , soon later i saw her going back to hitting me on the arm
"Ah- yes yes" i screeched
Hermione took a deep breath and pulled her arm away
"Sorry" she mumbled gathering herself together
Ginny mumbled staring at me and Hermione "Who is it?"
I looked at both of them and sighed, " if i tell you then Hermione is gonna start hitting me again"
"Ima start hitting you id you don't tell me" Hermione smiled
I pulled Ginny's arm and whispered in her ear Draco's name. Ginny's face fell
"You serious?" She asked " Out of everyone you choose him?" I stayed silent watching her Hermione was staring at us both.
"Hello, Someone tell me?" Hermione asked annoying
Ginny pulled her in and whispered into her ear.
I backed up trying to dodge Hermione's arm but she didn't hit me. She actually stayed pretty calm
"Mhm" she said quietly
"You picked him over Fred?" Hermione asked quietly
"I didn't pick anyone" I whispered
"You picked" Ginny added
We all just stayed staring at each other when Draco walked out of the great hall doors
Ginny and Hermione looked over as Draco was walking up to me.
"Leave idiots i need to talk to this one" He said walking up
I looked over at him and mouthed for him to shut up
Hermione smiled and looked over at Ginny
"I'm going" she said calmly but pissed off
Hermione started walking and Ginny followed
"What" i asked Draco
"What happened?" He asked confused
"Nothing" I said annoyed as I grabbed onto Draco's arm and pulled into walking with me.
"You're wearing my shirt" he laughed
"You have eyes?" i smiled
"Your eyes are prettier" he smiled
I looked over to him and looked down to his hand as we were walking, I grabbed onto his hand and started walking with him down the hall holding his hand.
As we turned down the hallway Pansy and her friends were walking towards us.
I held onto Draco's hand tight and he stayed looking forward as we passed them i whispered
"Still want to keep it a secret?" i laughed
"I haven't decided but i guess not now" he said calmly walking down the hall
