Chapter 22 - What you've been waiting for

||Midoriya POV:||

As I enter the portal with Bakugou's boyfriend, he squirms and hits at me. We fall onto the floor as we get through. He manages to get out of my grasp and heads for the door. Luckily, the rest of the league are already here, and they grab him. As I stand up, I see that they have restrained him back. Todoroki stands by my side.
"I know you probably know this, but his quirk makes it easy for him to get out of ropes. So I think it would be best if we keep him in with something more secure," he says.
"We have metal restraints, they will stop his quirk getting through them."
Todoroki nods as I say this.

After we restrain him back, he cries and tries to move. We have his mouth covered so he can't speak, meaning all we can see is him squirming frantically and crying. Uraraka walks over and cups his face.
"Shhhh, you're ok," she says.
Kirishima audibly growls at her, crying more.
Uraraka steps back, "Well who's gonna keep watch for the first night?"
"Midoriya said that would be me and Shiggy," Dabi says.
I nod, "Then it will he Compress and Twice tomorrow, then Toga and Uraraka the day after that, then me and Todoroki after that and so on and so forth."
Everyone nods in agreement.
So we leave Dabi and Shigaraki to it. I walk up to my room and smile, jumping onto my bed. Todoroki stands in the door way. I look at him and tilt my head.
"Come in, come in," I say.
He wanders in.
"Uh Midoriya... I have a question," he says.
I sit up, "Ok, ask."
"Well, what if they find us... the heroes. We are done for if they do."
"They won't, I'm telling you now that they won't find our base, and if they do... we move, leave, and fast."
He nods slightly and sits on my bed with me.
"You don't need to get your knickers in a twist over it," I say.
"I won't," he laughs at me.
I reach over and grab him by the collar. He blushes and I see some fire spark on his hair. I pat it down.
"I see that your quirk reacts when you're flustered," I say.
He laughs nervously and looks at me in the eyes.
I kiss him intently, my hand still pulling him in by his collar. He kisses me back and puts his hands in my hair. I pull him down on top of me. After a few minutes of making out, I realise that Uraraka is standing at the open door.
"You forgot to close the door," she says.
Todoroki breaks away from me quickly at the sound of her voice.
She laughs,"It's ok... just remember to close the door next time. I'll do it for you now though."
Todoroki nods a bit and I smile.
Uraraka closes the door slightly and peeks through.
"Have fun," she says and then closes the door fully.
'Oh don't worry Uraraka,' I think to myself, 'we will.'
