We'll be home soon.
x Florence

The phone chimed once again, but I was too busy preparing the garlic bread to answer. My eyes scanned over it, Florence's name on display, filling me in on what she had bought. Typical for her.

She'll be texting me, telling me what she had bought and then she would come home and show me everything.

I put the garlic bread into the oven and started chopping carrots while I kept checking her texts every now and then.

I truly hope she had a great time with her sister. Siena called me about 30 minutes after I had invited Flo over to the studio. I knew she was desperate when she called me. It's not in her nature to call me out of the blue and ask me if I know how to get a hold of her sister. The De Lucchi's don't ask for help, they figure it out for themselves.

They don't want help until they desperately need it. So when she called me, asking about her sisters' whereabouts, I knew I had to get them together.

I hate to go behind Florence's back and I knew that she wouldn't like that I did, but I believe that I did them both a favour in some kind of way.

I could hear the door opening and slamming shut a moment later. What I expected to be laughter and giggles was complete and utter silence. Weird.

I dusted off my hands against my pants and turned on my heel so I could face the door to the hallway. Siena was the first one to greet me once they walked through the door. Florence walked up to me and whilst I wrapped my arm around her waist, her eyes scanned the food I was preparing before she hummed slightly. "Siena, are you staying for dinner? I'm sure we'll have enough," She suggested, her cold hand sneaking under my shirt.

"No, 's fine. I have a date tonight anyway," She replied, sitting up on one of the high chairs with a small grin. My eyebrows shot up in surprise and so did Florence's. "Don't look so surprised you two, if you must know it's my sixth date with the same guy."

"Sixth?" Florence muttered in shock, quickly padding across the room. Her hand landed on her sisters' forehead and with a small, shy grin her sister pushed her slightly away. "Who is it? How old is he and wait, have you guys kissed yet?"

Siena's cheek turned crimson red at the questions her sister was bombarding her with. "His name is Vic, well Victor but everyone calls him Vic. And he plays for the Lakers, he's pretty good. He's twenty-five and yes we have kissed. I think we're getting pretty serious so yeah," She stammered, her blue eyes that resembled her sisters had a little sparkle in them.

Florence squealed, actually seeming happy for her sister. This is probably the first time I've seen her this happy in a while. Her arms wrapped around her little sisters' as Florence told Siena how happy she was for her. She let go of her sister, looking between her eyes before a frown pulled across her face.

"Why didn't you tell me?" She asked out of curiosity. Siena immediately looked at me, before her nails ticked across the marble counter.

She sighed softly, biting on her lip. "I, Uhm, I wanted to tell you but-"

"But what?" Florence frowned, taking a step back from her sister in confusion.

Siena grabbed her sisters' hands and squeezed them softly before she looked at me. You could see that she felt guilty for some kind of reason but she's even made me curious and I just wanted her to spit it out already. "I've been wanting to tell you guys, but there's never really been a good moment. I wanted to call you the morning after my first date but, Uhm, that was the morning I got a call from Mum and Dad. You know the night when Storm..." She trailed off, her eyes fleeting to me and the realisation hit me.
