Sadiyah's POV
We all we're waiting at the hospital. Just silence. How could he get stabbed like that. Just randomly and everything? I looked up and see Kee Kee shaking as she waited for the doctor to come back. Just looking at her I can tell she's expecting the worst. Rene and Lonnie came running in. Lonnie looked different but I didn't say anything. "Where is he?" Lonnie questioning angrily. "Calm down man he's in ICU right now. They working on him," T4 responded.
I can tell Lonnie was still on 10 but instead of responding he went and sat to AJ with his head down. Before Rene could get a word out the doctor came and we all rushed to him. "So how is he doc?" I asked. "Well luckily nothing was punctured when he was stabbed but he did lose some blood that we had to replace. So right now he's getting stitched up but he should be fine. We'll have to keep him for the next few days to watch over him before we send him home," the doctor responded.
We all sighed with relieve. I looked back at Lonnie who's eyes turned now light green. That's weird. We all sat back down until it was okay for us to go back and see him. I seen Rene talking to Lonnie about something it seemed important but then he got up. It looked like he was glowing. That's really weird and kind of scary, I have to ask Rene about this later. Right now we have to be there for Kee Kee and for Austin during his recovery.
Lonnie's POV
Rene told me to go outside for a walk so I can chill because I was starting to glow and my eyes were light green again. As I was outside I seen an older woman sitting on the bench. I asked if it was okay if I sat next to her. She told me yeah and as I sat there looking as cars passed the lady tapped me on my shoulder.
"Hey young man, if you don't mind me asking.. why are you out here so late?" she wondered. "One of my friends got hurt and are currently in the hospital right now," I answered. "I'm really sorry to hear that. Are they going to be okay?" she asked. I nodded. My phone buzzed. It was a text from Rene. "It was nice meeting you," I told the lady and headed back in. "They're letting us visit him now," Sadiyah said. I smiled and headed to sit next to Rene.
While I was on my phone waiting for my turn to see Austin, I seen two police walk in. This could not be good.
