We'll Find Them... (A Lukanette Story)

MARINETTE

There had been a lot of complications but from the top of the Eiffel Tower, Bunnix did some tricks and used her powers to the maximum level. There was a flash of light and Bunnix told them that now, the people of Paris have forgotten about the whole incident and for them the past month had been as normal as ever. After bidding them goodbye, Bunnix went away.

Ladybug also wondered what was taking Viperion so long to come back, so before Bunnix went away, she asked, "What about Lila? She was with Viperion and-"

"Lila has been taken care of. She is at her home, sleeping. After that flash of light, Viperion must be standing alone, where he last was with Lila. The boy must be very confused right now." Bunnix laughed.

After Bunnix was gone, Cat Noir sighed, "Ladybug."

"Yes kitty?"

"I have missed you. More than you could ever imagine. I am so glad to have you back. And I am saying this as your partner, as your best friend. Not only because I have feelings for you..."

Then he hugged her again.

"I know, Cat Noir. It is such a pity that I can't tell the world who my best friend is, without the mask."

"Yeah. Or we can be like Lila and go around, telling people we are like this." He crossed his fingers and laughed. "You know, Viperion has helped me a lot. I felt bad for him when he had to go with Lila. He hates her very, very much."

"Does he now?" Ladybug tried not to think much about who Viperion could be, but she had a gut feeling she knew him. She had one person's picture in mind when she thought about Viperion's identity.

"You know who he is?" Cat Noir asked.

"I guess I know, but I bet you made a great decision." Just then, her miraculous beeped. So did Cat Noir's.

"We should probably go now... But Ladybug, let me tell you. Its Luka Couffaine. I think you should know because he basically took you place in the team for a moment. We will need to tell him not to go around, talking about this incident.

"I guessed that Cat Noir. You made a great choice. I will talk to Viperion tomorrow itself, don't worry. Lets leave now."

"Guys wait!" They heard Viperion yell,he looked extremely confused.

"Viperion. Thank you for your help, I will explain everything to you, but not right now. We need to go." Ladybug said.

"But- Okay..."

Then Cat Noir started to climb down the tower, and Viperion, for some reason, took the lift. Ladybug laughed and spinned her yo-yo.  

  Ladybug was back to her Paris. She was so happy, she would finally meet all her friends, her parents. On her way home, a portal opened on her left and Bunnix came out.

"Thank you so much, Bunnix!"

"Pft, it was nothing. But did it work?"

"We'll come to know tomorrow. Although Lila-"

"No, I mean did Kitty Noir ask about Marinette?"

"He did not. Did you actually make him forget about Marinette being missing?"

"Yes. And now Viperion doesn't know who Cat Noir is.

"But what about Viperion? Does he know about Marinette being gone too?"

"He knows. Ladybug told me not to make him forget. I bet its for a reason, Ladybug always has a plan."

"Yeah I know."

Then Bunnix said goodbye again and Ladybug started swinging her yo-yo again.

As she usually did, Ladybug entered her house through the roof of her room and went to her bed. Her parents might be thinking Marinette was asleep already.

"Spots off." As soon as she said these words, she de-transformed and her little kwami-friend, Tikki, appeared in front of her.

"Oof!" Tikki sighed, "That was quite a day."

"I know, Tikki. I am so excited to go to school tomorrow. Meet Alya, Nino, Adrien, my whole class... Luka. When I wake up, I will finally be able to meet mumma and papa!"

"Yes Marinette. It will be great!"

"You know Tikki? I never thought I'd miss him so much. Of course I missed my parents and all my friends, but now I have realised how special he actually is." Marinette said with a dreamy expression on her face.

"Who are you talking about? Adrien? Cat Noir?"

"The most extra-ordinary guy. He is as clear as a musical note, as sincere as a melody. He is the music that has been playing in my head for quite sometime!" Marinette giggled.

"Marinette, are you talking about Luka?!"

"Yes Tikki."

"But what about Adrien?"

"I know I had this huge crush on Adrien. But he only saw me as a friend. Plus I am never able to be myself around him. But with Luka, its all different. I am not some stuttering idiot. Luka has helped me move on."

"Good for you, Marinette! But you have got school tomorrow. You better sleep."

"You are right, good night, Tikki!"

"Good night, Marinette."
