"WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME!?" I had just found out that the person who was going to give me a little nice house in exchange for becoming her chef was the famous radio demon! "I thought you knew, but nope, you're an idiot!" Sophia said, still laughing at my horrible mistake. "WHY DAMN IT WHY!?" I fell to the floor, tears streaming down my face. The luck I once had seemed to disappear, like a shooting star. Why am I getting so poetic? Dude I just sold my life away for a warm bed and a house. What kind of moron does that? Besides me. "Wait, that's it! I'll kill her! If I can slip some poison into her food then bam, she's died! But if that doesn't work I can just use these bad boys to kill her." Y/n said looking at your claws.

"You can't kill her," Sophia and I both turned towards Ava standing there with some paper. "Why not, she doesn't seem that strong," I said. Sophia looked at me like I was crazy. "You don't know just how powerful she is, do you?" Ava said with a smile on her face. Of course I didn't know, but I was hoping she just killed a bunch of weaker demons and got a name for herself. "Alright sit down I'm going to let you know how almost everyone in hell came to know and fear Alastor the radio demon," Ava said. Just the thought of, 'almost everyone', made me think she must have done something grand and something horrible. Although scared, I had to find out what she could have done to cause such a store. So I sat down across from Ava and she began telling you about Alastor.

"Alastor manifested in hell. Seemingly overnight, she began to topple overlords who had been dominant for centuries. That kind of raw power had never been harnessed by a mortal soul before. Then, she broadcasted her carnage all throughout hell, just so everyone could witness her ability. Sinners started calling her the radio demon. Many have speculated what unimaginable force enabled her to rival our world's most ancient and destructive evils. But one thing's for sure she's an unpredictable source of danger and blah blah blah. That's about the jest of it... Y/N?" I was shocked, no worse than that, I was dumb. I had not only made a soul-biding deal but I had done it with someone who would not only snap my neck for the hell of it. But this was also the one person that I had hoped to avoid in hell was now my boss. Truly, I am beyond hope.

"Y/N? Y/N!" I was snapped out of my thoughts and looked at Ava. "Why don't you go home? Most people know that Alastor comes here every Monday so they tend to avoid this place like the plague. Plus must be a lot to take in knowing what you just did." Ava said. I could hear Sophia trying to hold back her laughter, trying her hardest not to make me feel even dumber than I already was. "Yeah, I'll... go home..." I couldn't help but let my sadness flow into my voice. Hopefully, this house wasn't too hard to find because I needed some time to take this in. "Oh, and one more thing if you want to get on her good side, make some Jambalaya, it's her favorite," Ava said, patting me on the back.

*Third Pov*

After walking around for a bit Y/n realized the house wasn't even in the town it was on the top of a hill, it wasn't too far but he felt like an idiot for not noticing it sooner. As he began walking up the hill he realized that this wasn't just a house, it was a mansion! It looked a little old-timey but that was to be expected from someone who portrays themselves and gets called the Riado demon. It was beautiful, even had a rug that said 'GO AWAY'. When he looked at the door it had the words 'Radio Demons property' engraved on the door. "Well, at least I know I won't be getting robbed anytime soon," Y/n said. He grabbed the door and found out it was locked. "Alright should have seen that coming." After about five minutes of trying to open the door without breaking it, he gave up and did the next thing, looked under the rug, and to your surprise, there was a key.
