Cole drove through the waters, peacefully passing by the animals that thrived in the ocean. So far, it had been an easy journey, which is what they needed.
"We're almost to the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master," Zane pointed out, his finger on the red dot.
"Yeah," Cole agreed with a smile. "Can't believe we're almost there after all we've been through."
Kai however, was completely focused on their surroundings. "I can't believe I'm underwater..."
"You? What about me? Just how thick is this glass?"
Scarlett also had her hands on the glass, but she didn't look nearly as afraid as Kai. Jay took notice of this and raised an eyebrow.
"I'm surprised you aren't freaking out either."
She gently tapped her fingers on the glass, releasing a small breath. "Well, it's not exactly my favorite place to be... but this is it. This is where we get Lloyd back for good."
He smiled, placing a hand on her shoulder. "Yeah. We will."
Wu then appeared on the screen, as they had gotten communication of them beforehand—and Misako read a map. "We're heading to your location now. With Morro already ahead of you and able to forsee the traps protecting the tomb with the Sword of Sanctuary, it's going to be up to you to find the Realm Crystal before he does."
But now nervousness laced the blue ninja's voice. "Heh... Cole's a ghost, neither Kai nor Scarlett can swim, we have no magical sword or elemental powers..." A laugh anything but confident came out. "What could go wrong?"
"I may not know the three tests you're about to face," Misako spoke. "But I discovered a riddle that makes reference to it that may help: A Spinjitzu Master can. A Spinjitzu Master cannot. To move forward, don't look ahead to find his resting spot."
"Huh. That's food for thought," Cole mumbled.
"Speaking of food... we're about to be some!" Jay shouted.
A large octopus-like animal spotted them, lifting one of its large tentacles to slap the glass—it cracked, but fortunately, didn't shatter.
It was a bit of an obstacle for them, but nothing more. With the suggestion from Zane, they easily trapped it in a rock and continued to make their way to the tomb.
"Oh my..." Scarlett said, looking back at the large animal. "Okay, now I'm getting a little freaked out. How much longer until we get there?"
"Give us a few more minutes and we're set," Cole assured her. He also prayed, for the sake of his life, that the glass didn't break.
And it really wasn't that long of a ride. Like he said, it only took a few minutes and they were there already. The ship rose above the water and the door opened. One by one, they all stepped out—Cole making sure to take extra precaution—onto the rock.
"If you wanna hide a tomb, this looks like a good place," he said to no one in particular. "We're here."
Jay found a piece of green fabric and groaned in annoyance. "There goes any hope Morro couldn't find this place!"
"Hey, stay positive. We're about to risk our lives going through traps we know nothing about," Kai told him. "All we have to do is rely on each other. At least feel lucky we got this far."
"Oh, I'm sorry. You're right, what was I thinking? Hey, there goes any hope Morro couldn't find the tomb... we're not alone... yay! Now we're gonna have to fucking fight him again. Sure, we got our asses handed to us last time, but you never know in the future, because Ninja never quit! ... better?"
