5. Buying him presents with his best friend

You were so excited. You loved buying things for people, but buying things for Ben made it extra special.

James has offered to go with you, as he needed to buy some things for Ben too.

"Do you think he'll like this?" You asked James, holding up a black jumper.

"Are you saying do you think he'll like it? Or will it look nice on you?" He teased as you hit him, "Okay, I'm joking, yeah he'll love it."

You put it in the basket, then found two pairs of trainers that he was banging on about, and put them in the basket too.

After leaving the clothes shop, you went to a football outlet with James, which had all different footie things.

"Hey look, a Leicester Christmas jumper, that's cute," You told James, imagining Chilly in the jumper.

He scoffed, "That's cute. I want one."

He reached for one himself and put it in the basket along with yours.

You brought various things, like new footballs, boots, jumpers, bags and more. Then you went to a perfume shop and got him some more of his favourite cologne.

"Do you think we got him enough?" You asked, a frown on your face.

James looked down at the bags then back at you, "You're joking right?"

You laughed and began walking back home with him.

When you arrived, you were greeted with Ben at the door, who gave you a kiss on the cheek and a fist pump to James.

You took all the bags and hid them in the wardrobe. Ben knew you were both going out to get him stuff, it wasn't rocket science.

"You have a nice time?" Ben asked you, holding you in his arms.

"Mmmmhmm," You smiled.

"Where's my prezzies then?" He raised an eyebrow.

You shook your head, "No prezzies yet."

"Oh, I thought you was my present," He smirked, as you kissed him gently against the sofa.

"I'm madly in love with you, baby," He chuckled, you repeating the words and kissing him again.
