9. Being best friends with his best friend

Ben always remembered how nervous you were to meeting James, knowing that if the two of you got off on the wrong foot it would be awkward everytime you hung out.

But you ended up becoming the best of friends.

Was Ben jealous? Of course not. He knew James wouldn't do anything to hurt him, and the fact he had the two most important people in his life as best friends was incredible.

"No! Stop!" You shrieked, rubbing away from James who was chasing after you with a water gun.

Ben watched as he refilled his. The way you had to stop running because you kept laughing, and the way James would chuckle.

"Oi, get back here!" James shouted, splashing you with the gun.

"Ahhh it's cold!" You shouted, running behind Ben, "Chilly, help me."

Ben laughed, hitting James with the water as he ran away behind the tree.

It filled Ben's heart the way you two were. The three amigos, maybe?

The press tried to wind it up, saying you and James were closer and together, but James and Ben soon silenced it all.

You turned to Chilly and put you finger to his lips as he was about to answer, then motioned for him to sneak up on James with you. He followed your every move.

"Hey guys? Where'd ya go?" James called out, searching the garden.

You two jumped out and blasted James in the back, causing him to tumble from the pressure.

You both laughed out loud, causing James to jump up and try and tackle you down to the ground, Ben grabbing your hand just in time so James didn't accomplish his mission.

You three ran around the garden like maniacs before eventually all collapsing on the ground, panting.

"I...can't...breathe," James huffed between breaths.

"Me..neither," Ben wheezed.

You scoffed, "I thought...you two...were professional footballers."

James and Ben both looked at you, before tickling you.

Yeah, you could get used to this. With James as your best friend, and Ben as your other best friend and boyfriend, what could do wrong?
