10. Getting Married

You both couldn't believe the day had come. The day you would get married.

You hadn't seen Scott since yesterday, him saying that seeing the bride before the wedding was bad luck, so you reluctantly agreed.

You both couldn't wait to see eachother though. Scott couldn't help but think of you the entire time, how he'd watch as you walked down the aisle, something he dreamed of since he met you.

You knew Scott was the one for you since day 1, and you were finally getting married after 3 years of dating.

You looked at yourself one final time, giving a little twirl as your dad walked in.

"Ah, my baby girl. You're all grown up now, I'm gonna have to give you away," Your dad sighed, stroking your hair gently.

"I'm still here dad," you giggled as he handed you the flowers.

"I know, and I'm happy to be giving you away to someone who I know is going to make you feel happy. You've got a real one there, Y/N," He told you, preparing to walk you down the aisle.

"Thanks dad."

Scott's heart pounded as he stood with his best man and the priest at the end of the church, constantly clearing his throat and straightening his jacket as everyone waited for you.

He had been waiting for this for so long, and now it was finally happening.

The music began playing, and Scott couldn't take his eyes off you as you walked down the aisle, everyone wowing at how stunning you looked.

"Wow," Scott whispered, stunned at you.

He couldn't help but get all emotional as he held out his hand for you.

"Is my Scotty crying?" You whispered once he was in ear range. He shook his head as you laughed, not letting go of his hand.

You both exchanged your vows, and put the ring on eachother, both waiting for the moment until you could officially be called Mr and Mrs McTominay.

"I know pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride," The priest announced.

Scott didn't hesitate one bit, smashing his lips onto yours as the church erupted into cheers and whoops.

"I love you," you whispered after breaking apart.

"I love you more, Mrs McTominay," He smiled.

Yeah, you had found a keeper.
