"Meg, the offers nice, but having Rex Sky as Neal's therapist?" Finn her sat beside her on the couch. "Finn, Rex Sky's a dear and wonderful person! Remember how kind the guy was in high school. He's highly recommended among the child therapist online sites. Plus, I can easily get a meeting scheduled." Meg said. Rex Sky's was the one human Finn and Meg we're friend with during high school. Rex a human, a very odd human some would say. He's a huge nerd Finn remembers, and was shyer than Neal. Still, their friend was amazing. The three set a perfect example giants and humans are possible of becoming good friends. "I'm not sure, wasn't Rex a little weird?" Finn slowly admits. "Weird how?" Meg asked him. "He always wore those ugly square glasses, and flashy outfits! God, his social skills were horrible too! Remember he vomited at the school dance or almost got eaten?" Finn states. "One, Rex outfits looked adorable. Two, someone spiked the proms fruit punch and Rex never handled alcohol well. Three. Your the one almost him! My memory recalls the accident happens at lunch where bullies put poor Rex between your sandwich buns when you weren't looking!" Meg pokes Finn's chest. "Oh yeah..." he mumbled. "Listen, Neal needs help desperately. Waiting around won't help him." Finn knows she correct, he wants Neal to have the best help possible. "I know Meg, and thanks. I should tell Neal, poor kiddo hasn't left his bedroom after last nights scare." Finn said getting up. "Hey, we should take Neal out today. Maybe that will raise his spirit." She smiled. "Great idea, I'll see how he's doing first." Finn said, Finn stands over Neal's tiny bedroom. He rest on his knees and pops open the rooms roof. Neal's backs turned towards Finn and the small brothers almost completely covered by blanket. After upsetting nightmares and having panic attacks, Neal tries hiding. "Hi kid, how's it going?" Neal shrugs hardly moving. "Ah, not talking today huh?" Finn grins, he talks softly. "Megs here, we're thinking about taking you out today! Sound fun?" He asked. Neal doesn't respond, and Finn sadly sighs. "Not convinced I see. What a shame, the mall added a new book store and I hear the newest gaming console being sold at the game store." Finn waited for a response, his young brother slightly moved but went back to remaining quiet. "Neal, you really wanna stay home and remain alone?" Finn leans closer. "No Finn, I really wanna go out, but I'm... I'm...scared." Neal sniffled, Finn can tell the kid has recently cried. "Awww little man, what's making you scared?" Finn questioned. "The thought of seeing a therapist! I'm really terrified, what if they try putting me away in some insane asylum." Finn chuckled, Neal gives him a odd look. "They aren't gonna lock you away! They'll help talk about feelings, and how to overcome some things. Nothing that needs stressing about!" Finn assures him. "Okay, now what was that about a new game system." Neal smirks. "Eh about that..." Finn nervously laughs.

One Week Later
"BUUAHHH! Not again...BUAAHHH!" Neal vomits third time into the toilet, his arms and leg shake while his chest tightens of anxiety. Today his first meeting with Rex Sky a child therapist Meg and Finn are taking him to see. All week Neal tried putting the thought of seeing someone off, the day event arrive and so did his nervousness. He still worries the person will think he's weird and a freak. Finn kept saying everything would turn out fine, yet Neal can't help but get scared. He knows the help is need as he had two other nightmares each getting worst by every sleep. The giant brother kept getting concerned, seeing Neal completely traumatized hurts his heart. Hopefully Rex Sky can offer good, supportive, professional help. "Hey Neal, whats that noise?" Finn calls from the kitchen, Neal spits some remaining vomit. "Nothing Finn!" He shouts. "Okay, continue getting ready. Megs gonna arrive very shortly! After the session we'll come back home and have a nice homemade dinner. Hope, your fine with her staying for dinner." The Giant said loudly. "No problem!" Neal weakly yells. "Dude, you alright? Not sounding very well." He hopes Finn doesn't walk over; his hopes are crushed when sounds of loud footsteps get closer. The teen stumbles out of the bathroom, and tries looking presentable throwing on a sweatshirt and black sweatpants. Neal stuffs the amulet Finn bought down his pants pockets. Soon the bedrooms roof raised and Finn's face clouded the entire outside view. "Sup big brother?" Neal awkwardly smiles, leaning against the bed. "I heard vomiting sounds Neal. Are you still nervous?" Finn asked. "Yes, I tried really hard the nervousness down." Neal said. "Nothing to worry about, remember? Me and Meg are gonna stay right outside the office the entire times." He tried making Neal feel somewhat at ease. "I know Finn." He whispers. "Hello guys, sorry I'm late! The traffics really a bitch." Meg should blasting through the homes entrance. "Meg! Watch the language!" Finn scolded quickly, she slipped out a innocent chuckle and pushed her brand new glass back up on her face. "Apologies dork." She scoffs. "Calling me a dork? Talk about those glasses your wearing! Super nerdy, looking like a librarian!" Finn laughed. "Shut up Finn, these glasses are super cute! You even said so yourself." She said. "True, glasses make a girl cuter!" Finn kissed pressed his lips against hers, Neal fakes vomits cringing at the two touching lips. "EWW! Get a room!" Neal gags. "Awww! Neal's jealous, here I give the tiny baby a kiss." Finn bent down grabbing his small brother. "Let go right now! Finn I mean-AAAAH!" The giant ignores his please, Finn's large lips smack Neal and after pulling away they left behind traces of saliva. "YUCK!" Neal wiped his face off. "Let's leave before we're late!" Finn shoves Neal down his shirt pocket and takes Meg by the hand.

When Neal hears someone mention 'child therapist', his first thoughts are the therapist would look grey, dark, and resemblance a insane asylum. Not the one he's attending today, the buildings tall and wide, the waiting rooms no where gloomy as Neal imagined. The walls are brightly colored, the seats are soft and comfy, and the entire room itself is large. There's two side, each having open center where the children can play amongst each other, of the waiting room, one side completely for giants with a door which led them inside. The opposite side is all humans are, seats are placed neatly and in the very corners same are is a room that's sticking out. Unlike the blue wall colors, this rooms outside colors are dark purple. There's a sign reading on the rooms door saying: Rex Sky's Office. The reason there's human and giants size is a result of giants having human children too and making sure they can wait alongside their kids before having their appointment. Finn and Meg are sitting in the waiting room and Neal rest on Finn's leg near the giants stomachs. Neal watches other kids gathering around each other near the rooms center, all humans kids too. He's hardly seen any other humans taken care of giants, and when he as seen giants and humans kids it wasn't the same. Some giants keep leashes around small kids and implant shocking chips. Not these children, they look happy as their giant guardians look down and smile. "Neal, you can go and socialize. We're not making you sit here bored." Finn said reading a magazine. Neal was interest meeting other kids who are similar to him, raised by giants. He's never had anyone whom could relate, sort of made him feel lonely. "I'm good, not really good socializing." Neal sighed. "Finn, give the magazine back! I was reading a article Meg snatches it back, Finn crosses his arms , pouting similar to an unhappy child. "Neal Knight! Mr. Sky's now ready!" The woman sitting at the front desk located beside Rex Sky's office. "Oh! Your turn little man!" Finn grabbed Neal, and lowers him to the ground. "Stay calm and try relaxing." Meg said to Neal, Finn agreed nodding. "I don't wanna go alone! Please come with me Finn!" Neal hugs Finn's shoe tip. "Dude, I'm a Giant! My big butt would crush the entire office!" Finn laughed, Neal knew he's facing this challenge alone. "Neal Knight?" The woman shouted again. "He's coming! Dude get going!" Finn nudged Neal away, his little brother shyly walked away keeping his head hung low. Neal arrived at the office front door, he turned the knob slowly entered. Rex Sky's office small, one side has a tall, full, bookshelf, under a shelf are several board games, another shelf has fiction and child friendly books. The opposes side has about also has another bookshelf, this one more medical and psychological books. The walls are ocean blue, and the floors a soft grey carpet. Sitting against the wall, there's a long desk and man resting upon a chair currently writing inside a notebook. He's short, Finn and Megs age, short dark brown hair, and large, black square glasses. "Hello there! Come on in, no reason for shyness! Neal Knight I assume?" The man gave a friendly smile, Neal nervously waved hello. "Yeah..." He he sat at the chair across the mans desk. "I attended high school along side Finn Knight, and Meg Snow; very lovely people." Rex stated. "Agreed." Neal said hardly above a whisper. "Now Neal, I have learned some info about you! I would love to hear everything from your view. What's been going on, how's school, recent problems?" And Neal did tell, first he kept stuttering, but eventually kept talking boldly. He mentioned Molly's abuse, moving away from home, having a step family and the struggles he went through. Neal told the recent issues he's been having: the terrible nightmares and instant flashbacks involving Molly's abuse. "Neal, I'm so sorry about hearing your mother's abuse, believe me I know the mental pain it causes. My father was s physical abuses after drinking too much. Soon I started having terrible nightmares, some even involved seeing my father hurt the ones closer to me. You mentioned one of your dreams, Finn and rest of the Knight family were humans? Does that involve any meaning?" Rex asked. "Oddly yes, I see Finn as my protector. Finn's Giant, I feel so safe around him knowing he can easily protect me! My mom never doesn't have the ability to hurt Finn since she's human. But, during the dream, Finn became human-he became vulnerable- and that scars the heck out of me." Neal said. Rex jotted some notes and proceeded speaking. "I see, Finn's important to you isn't he? He's the single person that loved you after your fathers death. Also let's mention those flashbacks. Preferably the one you had shopping." Neal sighed; he's uncomfortable answering these questions. "We were shopping, meanwhile I saw some random woman looking identical to mom. I completely panicked thinking she was gonna hurt me! I can't really remember what happened between those few moments. Finn said I went crazy, I bit him and started yelling. Then when I finally back to reality Finn had these terrible look. His face...didn't look mad sad, he was scared-scared of me." Neal held back crying. "Neal, sounds your struggling with PTSD." Rex said. "What's 'PTSD'" Neal wonders. 'Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, brought on by years of mental and physical abuse." Neal refused believing Rex words, he jumped off his seat and stood behind the trail trembling. "I don't have 'PTSD'! I'm not some freak with a dumb ass mental problem! You know what-SCREW THIS! Screw you, Finn, Meg! Coming here was stupid!" Neal kicks over the chair, Rex wasn't phased nor even flinched. "Neal, please take one deep breathe. PTSD doesn't make you anyone a freak, many children have the same issue caused by abuse. I too suffered the same issue, everything you've mentioned about outburst and nightmares happens to me. We're gonna do are best helping get over the past, but you gotta keep a cool attitude and not get worked up, understand?" Rex sternly said, Neal picked the chair back up and sat down. "Sorry sir." Neal apologized. "Forgiven, now I like you to keep a journal about any nightmares or outburst you experience between now and our next meeting, and please bring the journal each session." Rex said. They talked about another thirty minutes and the session soon ended. Rex said goodbye saying he looked forward to their next meeting, Neal ran out of the office and found Finn and Meg waiting. "Hi Neal, how'd the session-oh okay-shhh buddy." Finn's picked Neal, his little brother whimpered clutching Finn's thumb. Neal wasn't crying, few small sniffles escaped him. "I wanna go home." Neal said. "Lets go home than." Finn smiled rubbing the child's back. Neal remained quiet, his mind swirled around the idea about having PTSD and if Finn would treat him the same.
