Chapter 9- The Flavor of Iced Tea

(Tendou's POV)~

"Mmmmm" (Y/N) sighed from beside me.  "This food tastes great!"
I could literally see the sparkles in her eyes every time she took a bite. I love those sparkles.

I finished my plate and brought it to the sink. Now I took off the apron and hung it back up in the entrance way.

"Aww, why'd you take it off?" (Y/N) asked looking disappointed. I guess that colour really does make my eyes pop. I laughed a bit and walked toward where she was sitting.
"Here, I'll take these." I said, taking her empty dishes and bringing them to the sink.

"Hey, do you wanna study in my room?" She blurted out. She got all flustered, noticing what she had just said.

"Huh?" I asked frozen in place. My eyes were wide in disbelief, but only for a second. I quickly replaced it with an evil smile.

"Uh, NO! Not that! I was just thinking that it's more comfortable, and all my text books are already in there and everything..." she kept mumbling things I couldn't even hear. Her face was super red and she kept tucking the SAME strand of hair behind her ear. THE SAME STRAND!

I got annoyed by the strand of hair and just went over and tucked it behind her ear for her.
"There you go" I smiled, leaving my hand there. She was looking at me , her face still red.
"Th-Thanks" She replied.

HOLY CRAP. I just noticed how close my face was to hers and my face turned bright red. Wow,  and I'm here not even noticing what I'm doing.

I wanted to pat myself on the shoulder though, I was pretty smooth. 😎

Before I could say anything she had her eyes closed and her lips were against mine. I was not expecting that. Heh, I like it though.

I kissed her back, sitting next to her on the couch so we were on the same level. Her hand rested on my arm, and I grabbed it and put it on my shoulder. Then I put my right hand on her jawline. Even her ears are pretty and cute.

She pulled away with a shy smile on her face.
"I liked that" She said quietly.
"I liked that too" I smirked and gave her a hug. She put one of her hands on my head and the other rested on my shoulder, wrapping around my neck, her fingers playing with my hair. Man, this feels so cozy.

I bet 20 bucks I could have stayed hugging her for the rest of my life. My face rested so perfectly on her neck.

Then I gave her neck a small kiss and I felt her tense up. She's just so cute.

"We should start studying" I whispered in her ear.

"Can we just stay like this for a little longer?" She asked squeezing me tighter. Relaxing her body a bit.

That's what I said the first time I hugged her.

After that we both headed upstairs into her room to study. She was right, it was way more comfortable and her books were up here. And trust me, there were A LOT of books.

I placed myself on the bed, my back leaning on the wall and my legs up against my chest. (Y/N) was in front of me, slouching a little while writing some notes in my notebook.

"So this is what you need to remember..." she started to say. A second later she was silent again writing stuff down.
She always stuck out her tongue when she wrote or drew something, it's adorable.
It was funny how she couldn't talk and write at the same time, she had to stop doing one to do the other.

Her tongue just rested there on her bottom lip, in between her teeth.
Why not?
I leaned over and put my tongue on hers.
She yelped and smacked her hand against her mouth, covering it. Her face was red and she dropped her pencil.

I laughed, keeping my tongue out of my mouth. This time mocking her like a child.
"Haha, I got you!" I put my tongue back in my mouth and smiled to myself while writing things in my notebook.

She was silent for about fifteen minutes then she finally dropped her hand from her mouth.
Every time I would look away she would inch just a teeny bit closer.

"(Y/N), if you wanna sit closer to me just do it." I laughed pulling her beside me.

"Hey Tendou?" She asked, turning towards me.
"Mhm?" I hummed, still trying to figure out a math problem.

"Look at me" I looked over slowly, still trying to get any calculations done.

She grabbed onto my face and kissed me.
She quickly pulled away. I didn't even have time to close my eyes.

"Um, d-don't judge me ok?" She asked and then kissed me again a little hesitantly.

Judge her for what?

Then I felt her tongue slide into in my mouth.
Oh damn. This is a french kiss.

I put my hand on her waist and kissed her back, pushing my tongue against hers. Then she pulled away and whipped her mouth with her sleeve.

"So?" She asked shyly. "How'd I do?"

"I'm gonna be completely honest with you (Y/N), that was my first french kiss." I smiled "It was pretty great."

I smirked and kissed her the same way again, leaning more towards her, one arm on the bed beside her and then other behind her head.
She tastes like iced tea. Sweet and fresh.

We both pulled away getting some breath. I looked at her and smiled a bit.
She leaned towards me and put her thumb on my bottom lip, pulling it down a bit.
"You have nice teeth" she said out of nowhere.
"Thanks" I smiled with all my teeth as wide as I could, making my eyes close. I heard her giggle a bit.

I could get used to this tutoring thing.
