Chapter 24- Double Date

(YOUR POV)~

"So everything went well?" Ali asked. We had been FaceTiming for a while now.

"Yep! Although I'm scared things might be a bit awkward." I responded.

Ali answered with a ear-piercing squeal.
"Don't worry girl, everything will go back to normal!" She smiled and kept squealing.

"How can you still use your voice? You squeal so much." I joke. She lets out a super loud laugh.

"I don't know. I think me and Jesus are buddies though. Like, I once met him on Roblox. That might be why." She said, with a straight face. I started to laugh and she did too.

"It's getting late, i should probably get some sleep." I yawned after a few minutes of laughing.

"Me too. GOODNIGHTTTT!!" She yelled. In the background I heard someone yell at her to shut up.

She rolled her eyes and then waved at me. I ended the call and put on my pyjamas.

Everything's going to be fine.

"(Y/ N)! Long time no see!" I hear hear Tomoyo yell as he runs down the street.

Oh god, forgot about him.

"Oh, hey." I answers quietly. What can I say? It's awkward!

Once he got closer to me he stopped. "Listen, (Y/N), I'm really sorry and I realize that what I did wasn't good but I like being Tendou's friend so please give me a chance" He said while rubbing the back of his neck.

I sighed and smiled.

"It's okayTomoyo. You're good." I answered. I gave him a thumbs up and he smiled wide. How did this guys change so fast?

"Satori, Tomoyo, this is Ali..." I say while taking a step to the side.

"HEYYYYYY!!! LETS PARTY!" She screamed out of nowhere. I smiled but Satori looked alarmed. Tomoyo was laughing hysterically.

"Come with my fine lady!" Tomoyo said, wrapping his arm around Ali's shoulder. They started to walk together leaving me and Satori alone.

"If they get together we're gonna be in hell." He says laughing.

"Worse than hell." I laughed too.

Satori put my hand in his and we walked, following Ali and Tomoyo's shenanigans.

"Ok so get this, once I tripped in the stairwell and nobody stopped ok? And then (Y/N) stood there and just laughed and then walked by. Like, WHO DOES THAT?" Ali yelled, taking a bite of the restaurant food.

"Bitch." Tomoyo laughed. I nudged him in the side with my knife in the other hand and he stopped laughing, making Satori laugh.

"Ok well, we used to sit together in the bus and every damn time I went to sit beside her, SHE MADE ME CARRY ALL HER THINGS!" I said laughing.

Ali snorted a laugh then banged her head on the table.

"It's not my fault I have a lot of stuff...." she whined. I rolled my eyes still laughing.

I look over and Satori is staring at me with a smile.

"What is it?" I whisper to him.

He looks down at his drink and grins.

"It's nothing." He answers and takes a sip still grinning.

I'm happy he's happy.

"I GOT IT. LETS DO SHOTS." Tomoyo yelled, banging on the table. Me and Satori finched at the noise.

"No. Absolutely not." Satori said.

"Awww why not?" Ali whined.

"Uh, we're underaged maybe? And if you did take some I have a feeling you would either trip and fall on a knife or accidentally stab yourself with a knife." I say.

Tomoyo + alcohol = no.

He groaned and sat back in his chair.

"Fineeee." He rolled his eyes.

Ali looks over and him and smiles.

"You can come back to my place and we can have some there." She grinned.

"Oh my god." Me and Satori say at the same time. I totally saw this coming. Of course they'd do something like that.

"Okay I will." Tomoyo winked.

"Wear protection!" Satori joked making Ali laugh loudly. I swear, her laugh could wake up the entire country.

Tomoyo was blushing, what a rare sight to see. I grabbed my phone and took a picture of him without him knowing.

Damn, I have a lot of random pictures.

After about 45 minutes of loud laughs and sex jokes, we split the cost of the food and went our deprecate ways.

"We're you serious about the shots though?" Tomoyo whispers into Ali's ear. She grins and says yes.
Tomoyo smiles and gets in the passengers seat of her car and they drive off together.

"What actually just happened?" I ask confused.

"I think they're the perfect match for each other." He laughed and started walking. I ran to catch up with him.

"Thank you. For bringing Ali." He said, grabbing my hand.

"It was really fun! Tomoyo really changed." I answered.

I wonder how he changed so all of a sudden.

"I think he was lonely." Satori says.

I nod and we walk silently.

A comfortable silence.

Very refreshing.
