Eren's room was underneath HQ, one of the conditions of Darius Zackly's agreement with Erwin. To visit Eren's quarters, you must pass two locked gates, as well as a large fortified trapdoor. Fortunately, Erwin was there to light the way with a small candle whilst Levi carried Eren.

Eren, Levi and Erwin arrived at Yeager's room shortly after departure. Levi threw Eren down on his bed harshly, unable to care less about whatever bruise he had just caused. He began his stroll out of the door, not sparing the young soldier a single glance.

"Captain? Where are you going, sir?" Eren questioned, craving Levi's touch.

"To take care of this shit." Levi glared, holding up his wrists implicitly. He quickly began walking out the door. "Stay here until I come back. That's an order."

"I--" Eren began, only to be interrupted by a door slamming shut.

"Commander? What happened to the Capitan?" Eren inquired, turning to Erwin for some sort of closure. "When is the Captain coming back?"

Eren sure asked a lot of questions.

"Levi will explain upon his return." Erwin responded calmly as usual, despite the jealousy fuming within him.

Erwin turned on his heel without another word, leaving Eren to ponder his actions. He promptly exited the room, aiming to land wherever Levi resided. Said man was already gone when the commander closed the door to Yeager's.

Erwin picked up his walk to a sprint. He dashed past the occasional soldier or passer-by, scanning their faces as he did. The commander decided to first search the his office, it being where Levi most likely had run off to. After all, Erwin had mentioned he owned medical supplies to Levi not long ago.

As expected, Levi was standing ominously in Erwin's room, staring out a window. His back faced Erwin, the afternoon sun drawing a shadow upon the carpet.

"Hey, Levi." Erwin called from the doorframe.

"Hey, Rivai!" Kenny called from a nearby chair in the bar. "It's been a while!"

"You've gotten worse." Levi scowled, looking down upon the drunk. "Don't refer to me by that name."

"How rude." Kenny smirked. "Dare talk to ya own uncle like that?"

"I don't consider you family." Levi growled.

"Well, I'm the only 'family' ya got left." Kenny replied smugly.

"Ehh? So you finally put that blood 'o yours to use." Kenny commented, just now looking up to face Levi. "The Survey Corps, huh?"

"You can see that." Levi frowned.

"Ah, so you're the famous Lieutenant Erwin Smith." Kenny greeted, directing his gaze at Erwin who had just walked in. "Pleasure, sir."

"Likewise." Erwin nodded respectfully. "We really must go, Levi Ackerman."

"Mhm." Levi agreed, turning his back to Kenny. "Goodbye, Kenny."

"Later."

"Oi, eyebrows." Levi called in return, rummaging through Erwin's cabinets. "Where's the hand towels in this room? Don't tell me you use the same one for your ass that you do your face."

"Levi, are you alright?" Erwin exclaimed, scanning him.

"No shit." Levi responded, looking over at Erwin questioningly.
