Today is the day. Today is Monday. Okay I'm waley. -_-
Today is our competition.
And here I am, doing my morning rituals.
I need to look good later. Maraming manunuod sa competition mamaya. Yung mga taga Fontaine University at may pupunta ring taga ibang school.
Sinuot ko na ang damit ko. At namulbo na ako. Bawal pa ako ng make-up eh. Too young for that. I brushed my hair. Bawal din akong gumamit ng hair blower. Too young for that. Tinali ko ang buhok ko. Actually, ngayon lang ako nagtali ng buhok ko ngayong school year. Bihira kasi akong magtali ng buhok.
I wear my flat sandals. Get my sling bag and lumabas na ako ng kwarto.
*knock knock*
Binuksan naman agad ni Kuya yung pinto.
"Kuya, I'm going to school na. Hindi ka manunuod?" -Ako
"Of course I'll be there. I'll watch my li'l sister's epic performance." -Kuya. And he grinned.
"Oh c'mon. We'll win. Don't forget that." -Ako.
"Alright. Let's see." -Ako
"Okay I gotta go. Make sure you'll be there or else!" -Ako.
"I promised. Take care. And oh, Good Luck Li'l Sis." -Kuya. He's so sweet. That's why I really love him.
"Thanks. Take care, too. See you there later." -Ako
And lumabas na ako ng bahay. Sumakay na ako ng tricycle.
AT FONTAINE UNIVERSITY
Pagpasok ko pa lang ng gate, marami na agad ang tao. Kahit sa labas marami na rin pero hindi pa sila pumapasok. Yung iba merong mga banner ng mga grupo na susuportahan nila.
Oh, may susuporta kaya sa amin?
Pumunta na ako sa Auditorium. Sa likod ng backstage, nandun na daw kasi sila Faye. Kompleto na sila except kay Pito. Kasi nga 'di ba may susunduin siya sa Airport. We don't even know who's that person. I don't even know if that person is a girl or a boy. Maybe his father and sister. I don't know.
Agad ko namang nakita sila Faye sa backstage. They're all ready. They smiled at me and I smiled back at them. I feel confident now. But it feels like there's something missing for me to feel completely confident.
"Ready na kayo girls?" -Clint
"O course we are! Right?" -Linel
"Yeah!!!" sigaw naming lahat.
"Ponytail, Amira?" -Clint.
"Why? She's cute." -Kim.
"Thanks." -Ako.
"Nothing, it's new for me." -Clint.
"Ba't tayo nag-e'english ngayon?" -Faye.
"Kami lang. Hindi ka naman nag-english ah. O sige, ano english ng--?" -Kim
"Oh, Amira nandito ka na pala!" -Faye na halata namang nagpapalusot. -_-
Umupo na kami sa assigned seats namin. Bawat grupo kasi may assigned seats e. Malawak naman 'tong backstage kaya no hassle.
Oo nga pala, nasa'n na kaya sila Suzy? Kasabay namin silang mgcocompetition ngayon. Pero sila, dancing.
"Hina-hanap mo ba sila Suzy?" -Faye
