Lumanti was waking up in her present world and as she opened her eyes, she found herself in a plain grey room with beeping sound coming nearby. She tried to sit up while trying to know where she is and grasp all the information that came flooding into her head. A nurse came in as soon as she saw her trying to get up. She helped her up and asked how is she feeling.

She tried to smile and said, "Thank you. I am just having a sharp headache,"

"I will get something for that darl," she said with smile and came back with two white tablets in a plastic cup and gave it to her along with water. She took the pills and asked how she got to the hospital.

"Your boyfriend, I assume, brought you here and he is just waiting outside and as soon as doctors come for their rounds, they will let you know more and we will let him meet you as well."

"He is not my boyfriend," she said with anger on her voice.

"Sorry dear. He was very restless and worried about you the whole time... Oh the doctors are here sweety," nurse said stopping mid sentence as she saw few young doctors along with a matured one approaching towards Lumanti.

The senior doctor was asking most of the questions, as he was guiding his interns. They were relieved to know that her memories were back and did not do much damage to her mental state. They checked her eyes, asked her to move her feet, make a fist and asked some more questions to check her neurological conditions. They mentioned that as all the memories came flooding, her mind was overwhelmed, therefore, unable to take the pressure, she became unconscious. Looking at her condition, doctor was happy to discharge her but strongly advised her to follow up to examine her conditions in coming days and to be careful about not doing anything strenuous to the mind. She nodded and agreed with the doctors.

She was half relieved and half angry after regaining her whole memories. She was still processing them as those bits and chunks of memories were hidden for a whole year now. She felt different and she thought that sometimes we need some bad memories to keep ourselves safe and aware of someone's intention.

Aaron was delighted to know that she woke up and came rushing in smiling but his smile was not met the same way. She remained silent while he kept on asking her if she was feeling ok. He was not given much information due to patient confidentiality as he was not a relative of hers to forward information to. She didn't respond much except for, "I am fine, thank you for bringing me here."

She remembered everything now, all the conversations including the new ones that were made in the absence of old ones. She was filled with angst but didn't know what to say. He asked her again, "T, are you feeling ok? You don't look ok. Do you need to lie down? I don't know why they are at haste in letting you go. Shouldn't they be doing more checkups to make sure everything is alright?" Now it was more like, he was talking to himself as the other person in the room was not addressing him. He touched her shoulder and said, "T? Are you really ok?"

"How long have I been out?" She said without addressing his questions.

"Two days actually. I was really getting worried. We tried to reach your parents."

"They are in France and I hope you didn't tell them."

"Why not? We tried to but we couldn't get them. Probably due to time difference. I think Rianne has left them the message."

"No, she didn't have to. I don't want them to get worried. They were worried already last year, especially mum."

"Then you can let them know that you are ok now. And now you are, right? Please talk to me T."

"Yes, B, I am. I will tell you if there is something. I just want to go home now." Her anger was slowly slipping from her voice. Aaron looked sad and said, "Sure, I will get your stuff to the car and take you home."
