Amuche's phone rang and she picked it up.
"Hello" she said
"Hello, Amuche. It's me, Frederick"
Amuche blinked." Frederick?"
"Yes. Is Amanda with you?"
"No, she's not" Amuche said.
"Do you know where she might be?"
"I don't" she said and hung up. She looked up to see Amanda coming towards her.
"Who was that?"
"Frederick" Amuche said simply.
She gasped." Frederick? My God,are you serious? What did he say?"
"He asked if you were here. I said no" she replied nonchalantly.
"Why?! Why did you say no,why?!" Amanda yelled. She took out her new phone from her pocket and began to dial his number.
"Amanda, what's wrong with you? You want to go back to him after what he did to you?"
"As far as I know,he didn't do anything with a clear head or his right senses"
"And how do you know that?"
" I just know" Amanda replied.
Amuche shook her head. She watched Amanda make the call.
"Hello, Frederick?"
"Amanda?"
"Yes, it's me"
"Oh my God, Amanda! What happened? I'm so confused;you called me to come home quickly and I did. The next thing, I see myself in the living room and Anita comes claiming to be my wife..... I don't understand anything"
"Frederick, I'm coming home right away, okay? When I get home I'll explain everything". Amanda said.
"Alright,please,do"
"Alright" Amanda hung up. She looked at Amuche, smiling,"I told you, didn't I?"
Amuche rolled her eyes,still in doubt. Ignoring her,she ran up the stairs to pack her things.

Amanda arrived home with her son. He was waiting for her at the gate and as soon as she stepped in,he rushed to her and embraced her. He looked at the baby in her arms.
"Another baby? Don't tell me he's also Anita's—"
"No,this is our son" Amanda said,amused.
"Are you serious?" His eyes widened.
"Yes, ofcourse"
"Wow. But,when?," He carefully took the boy from her," I don't understand anything anymore"
"Let's go inside. I'll explain everything to you". Amanda said.
