Stop Stealing My Food

DREAM'S POV

I grabbed my wallet and walked to the car, with George trailing behind me.

"I call shotgun!" he yelled

"There's no one else here, George"

"Oh, yeah"

The restaurant was only fifteen minutes away, as we pulled into the parking lot, I told George,

"Ok, so all of the food is half off today."

"Cool!" exclaimed George, with an excited look on his face

"But there is a catch" I said

"What is it?"

"The discount is only for couples, so we have to pretend that we're dating."

George looked nervous for a second, but then looked normal again

"Ok, only for tonight, though, and you're paying," he said, grinning

GEORGE'S POV

Dream and I walked into the restaurant. There was a girl sitting behind a counter near the door.

"Hi guys! Welcome to Sushi Restaurant, are you guys a couple?"

"Yeah!" Dream embraced me, and kissed me on the cheek. I could feel my face heating up. I awkwardly smiled at the waitress. She led us to a table towards the back, and handed us our menus.

"I'll be back in a few minutes to take your order, in the meantime, what would you like to drink?"

"I'll have a lemonade" said Dream

"and I'll get an iced green tea with boba" I told her

"Ooooh, fancy" teased Dream

"Have you ever tried boba?" I asked

"No, is it any good?

"Why would I get it if it wasn't good?"

"Good point" Dream added, grinning

The waitress carried out drinks to us on a tray. Dream and I both grabbed ours and took a sip before thanking the girl.

"How's your lemonade?" I asked, teasing Dream

"Good, how's your drink?"

"Fine, I've had better"

Dream grabbed the drink out of my hand and took a sip.

"Fine? This is amazing!"

"Ewww Dream, now it has your germs!" I almost felt bad saying that

"Be quiet Gogy, you drank out of my water bottle on the way here"

"No I didn't"

"Yes you did, three times actually"

"Oh, I thought that was mine, sorry"

"It's fine, I don't really care"

After a few minutes of debating what to get, Dream chose a California roll, and I got a spider roll.

"Why did you get the most basic thing on the menu?" I questioned

"Because it's the only sushi I've ever tried."

"Ohhhh, that explains why you like Walmart sushi, because you've never had anything better"

"I guess"

The second our food came, we both started devouring it. Dream, of course, snatched a roll off my plate.

"Stop stealing my food, DREAM"

"I'm the one paying for it, GEORGE"

"Fine," I said, secretly amused

After we finished eating, Dream paid, and we started walking out.

"Have a good day! Thanks for dining at Sushi Restaurant! You two are a cute couple, by the way!"

I smiled when she said that. We would be a cute couple.
