For the week I spend my time checking books and online searching for the language that match the carving, sometimes I find myself reading some old stories and legends, some are romantic, some are scary, some are even fairy tales but I couldn't help but enjoy reading those things to be honest to spend my time reading more than searching. On Sunday, Mew came to check my leg after his shift

"it's almost healed, it seem you were very obedient"

"of course I am doc" he also checked my side injury

"umm, still need to couple of days since it was deep but you will be fine, you can start enjoy outside fresh air starting tomorrow but no fights" he squinted his eyes by the last part looking serious

"yes sir" he chuckled

"btw, what's with all those books around you?" he asked looking around my room, there were so many books scattered around

"I kept reading about some languages but honestly I most was focused on reading about old stories and legends" he looked surprised

"you kept reading that for a week without getting bored?"

"yes, I can't help but want to read those tales, I even want to read the tales from foreign countries"

"you finally found it then" I looked confused

"what?" he giggled a little

"it's surprising that you didn't notice but it can't be helped, you enjoy reading old stories and you didn't get bored which mean this is your hobby"

"oh" I blinked a few time staring at him

"it seem you just realized that"

"yes" he laughed as I felt a little embarrassed, it's not like me being so slow in realizing things

"I keep showing you stupid sides of me" I stated as he patted on my shoulder

"that shows how comfortable you are with me, besides it's normal to be yourself with your friend"

"I do have friends but you are different"

"not different it's you who keeps his guards up, you should loosen a bit with them and I'm sure you will have more fun with them" I looked shocked to him

"ho-how do you know that?" he looked confused, he thought for a moment

"I've seen how you talked with David and your parents and also Jake earlier, it feels like you drew a line between them to keep them a little far from you except for your parents"

"because of how I am I can't trust anyone"

"you don't have to trust anyone to have fun, just act normally, be yourself and enjoy your time"

"then why am I different with you?"

"maybe because you don't consider me as a threat at all, a stranger doctor to heal your wounds and have fun with and away from your environment, that's why you felt relaxed because I'm just a normal person to you" it makes sense, Mew is the first person I met who has absolutely nothing to do with my family

"I see... keep being my friend doctor" he sighed

"why do you keep calling doctor?"

"I don't know it feels normal for me to call you that"

"whatever, high schooler" he said mockingly

"I'm not a high schooler" I glared to him

"your glares doesn't scare me... oh" Mew spotted an album on the book shelf near my desk and started checking it
