I had noticed that Duncan and Violet were spending more time together and getting closer. I was worried that Violet was starting to like Duncan, so I tried to spend more time with her so we could get to know each other better, and hopefully somehow manage to get her to like me. I knew I couldn't force her to like me, but I still wanted to try to at least make an impression. I didn't know how to do that yet, so I decided to go to the library to think about it since that's usually where I came up with ideas that were at least somewhat decent.
