I closed three of my tabs. Seven more to go. I guess closing them was a way to check off all the work I've finished. I got started on my next assignment, distracting me from Kolson entering my office. "Leave. I don't want to see you right now." I flat out snapped at him. Keeping my eyes locked on my screen. "Come on Treasure don't be like that." Kolson replied, using the nickname I used to love. Now it pains me to hear it leave his lips. And I've grown to fucking hate it. "God damnit Kolson. STOP FUCKING CALLING ME THAT!!" I swore. Slamming my hand down on my keyboard. Half the keys flew off and I lifted my hand up carefully. "Now I gotta get a new one. Son of bitch." I mumbled under my breath. I slide my keyboard off the desk and into the trash. Guess I wasn't going to finish my work today after all.

"Now you have my full attention. What do you want?" I intertwined my fingers on my lap and waited for him to say something. Today just wasn't my day. "I wanted to talk to you about what you overheard in my office." He reminded me, "I really hope you're here to apologize," I pressed, scrunching my face to express my anger. "No actually. I did what I thought was right. You were being reckless Siya. That isn't like you. So I sent one of my men to go watch over you." Kolson admitted. "You really aren't helping your case are you?! I'm not some three year old you have to watch over Kolson. You're engaged asshole. Why not instead you go back home and cuddly up to your future wife instead and leave me alone!" I hollered, standing up from my chair.

"Siya we're business partners, you've never acted like this before. What's wrong?" He sincerely asked. I groaned, ripping my head back before I looked back at him. "Stop acting like you know me Kolson. Seriously just leave. I seriously question if I still want you to use my hotel as your stupid venue." I complained, contemplating my options. I knew letting him use my hotel would be amazing business for me. We would be publicized and could earn a lot more customers from it. I couldn't let my outbursts be the loss of such a great deal. "Siya you and me both know you don't mean that." He snapped back. "I don't know anymore. Just get out. Now." I ordered again. Pointing to the door. "Fine." He huffed, slowly leaving the room and closing my door lightly.
