Hiya

George had been thinking about how Dream would 'make it up' to him all morning, eventually thinking he'd forgotten. Sapnap hadn't heard anything about it, cooking breakfast like the last two days, except he was much more tired and had less a range of ingredients due to Dream's weakened stomach.

Speaking of which, Dream seemed to be unbothered, occasionally taking a swig of pepto bismol to calm any pain (George insisted he measure the correct amount, but Dream never listened).

Sapnap turned out making scrambled eggs, with no seasoning. He shrugged when George gave him a pleading look, and handed him thr salt shaker.

"So, you're both going to be excited for my surprise," Dream said, sitting next to George at the bar.

"Yeah? What's the surprise?" He asked.

"I can't tell you," He scoffed. "That'd ruin it."

"Silly Gogy," Sapnap mocked in a terrible british accent.

"Ok...whatever..." He looked down at his plate. "You guys are annoying."

Sapnap kissed the top of his head as he walked by, to which George fake vomited. Dream stood up and did the same, barely holding his laugh as he walked to the sink. George just sighed, resisting the urge to touch his hair, instead sticking his tongue out in a mock-up of disgust.

George had plenty of ideas of what Dream could do to make it up to him and Sapnap, including paying for more of their necessities, getting them expensive food, something to do with minecraft, or another extravagent idea.

He didn't really want Dream to do any of these, he was perfectly happy to stay in a hospital with his friend. Hell, if Sapnap or Dream had gotten in a coma he'd visit every day until they woke up.

"George!" Dream yelled from upstairs. "Come here!"

Sapnap was sitting on George's bed, Dream in his chair. He stood at the doorway and crossed his arms. "What?"

"We're gonna stream," He said. "Did you wanna join?"

George looked down, thinking. ".....Alright."

Dream smiled, sitting next to Sapnap on the bed and leaning back on the pillows. Sap kept scrolling through his phone, cross-legged on the edge of the mattress.

"Aren't you going to stream?" George asked, falling into his seat.

"Nah, we're just gonna stay here," Sapnap said.

George's expression changed into that of confusion and a bit of annoyance, looking at Dream, who was asleep already. "Again? Seriously?"

After a moment of silence, George rolled his eyes and opened twitch. Viewers joined his stream, all saying hello and other forms of greetings. George smiled, until they started asking for facecam, which he politely declined, saying he was sick.

After almost an hour and a half, George spun to the left, his headphones stopping him halfway, but just enough to see Sapnap wasn't there anymore, and he quickly tabbed out to look at his webcam. After a quick glance, there didn't seem to be anyone visible, especially since Dream and Sapnap had left.

"Watch this," he said to chat, turning on his cam. "I got a new room."

The messages in chat quickly went from 'Oh it's amazing!' to 'What is that?' and eventually, after a moment, 'Who's shoe is that?'

George strained his eyes to see any difference of color behind him in the cam. His bed, the sheets, the wall.... Then he noticed it: a purple Converse laying on his bed, with a leg and body attatched. Only his foot was visible, but George could feel the heat rising to face after realizing Dream was still sleeping behind him.
