When Master Xehanort was a young boy living on Destiny Islands, He was approached by a man in a cloak.  This man was none other than Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, the Heartless form of one of his future incarnations returned to the past in order to educate the young Xehanort about travelling through time.  And travel the boy did; he moved to the future to join his other selves in an attempt to thwart the efforts of Sora and his friends.  It was after the young Xehanort was returned to his original time--as is the law of time travel--that I was born.  I am but the embodiment of the memories the young Xehanort lost as a result of travelling back to his original point in time.

Why I was created within the Aether on the Meeting ground, I do not know.  Perhaps it was destiny, as it was Halios, Selena, and Ishiné who eventually freed me from that prison.  During my time within the Aether, however, I watched Sora and the other Keyblade heroes form an alliance amongst each other called the Keyblade Council, and I witnessed the christening of Naminé as she was tried by Kingdom Hearts itself in order to recive a Keyblade of her very own.  After many years in the Aether, Halios, Selena, and Ishiné  appeared, and I confronted them, challenging them to a battle.

While in the Aether, time in the Meeting Ground was locked, but after transporting the three and myself to the Sanctum of Time to battle, time in the Meeting Ground had moved forward, allowing the Organization to take the Keyblade Council hostage.  In a rage, Halios let his heart be consumed by Xemnas whom had taken up residence within his heart after their first encounter.  Before he could strike me, Hyperian, the boy from within the X-Blade, countered Halios' strike, and Halios fell unconscious. Selena fell atop the boy, begging for a way to help him.  I stepped up, eager to earn the others' trust after deciding not to follow in the original Xehanort's footesteps.

I used my powers over the heart to force Xemnas back and to bring out Halios, but I was not alone in my efforts.  Hyperian assisted me, as we were now mentally linked through my time magic being the key to unlocking him from the X-Blade, and through his eyes I was able to see X himself--master of the X-Blade, within Halios' heart.  Long ago, during the Keyblade War, X's heart was split in two when the X-Blade was destroyed.  The dark half of X's heart found its way to Halios, and the light half, to Selena.  X spoke to Halios and helped wake him up.

Using their newfound power, Halios and Selena transformed into X to break the seal on the Aether.  The two fell unconscious shortly after--no doubt due to the exertion of using such a power able to unlock the Aether's time-seal almost immediately after having battled with me.  Ishiné , Hyperian, and I brought the two to the unlocked Castle of Remembrance, allowing them to rest.  It was then that we began to speak to each other.  Ishiné  brought up conversation about the powers of the Keyblade, and mentioned that he did not possess such powers himself.  Hyperian suggested to him that he get one for himself, and I recounted the memory of Naminé being judged worthy by Kingdom Hearts after climbing to the top of the mountain on the far side of the world.

We travelled back to the mountain, this time climbing all the way to the top, and Ishiné  was, in fact, judged worthy of the Keyblade.  We promptly returned to the Castle to find Halios and Selena, very much awake now, in compromising position.  I only include this information as I find it...slightly amusing.  The two leaped out of bed when they heard that Ishiné  now possessed a Keyblade and volunteered to train him.  Just then, the entire world of the Meeting Ground was overrun with Darkness, the likes of Heartless, Nobodies, Unversed, and Khaiose.  The five of us battled as fiercely as we knew how, but it was no use.  Without the Keyblade Council's presence, the entire world was forfiet.

We fled on Keyblade Gliders to escape, but we were unable to get far, as the Darkness had the entire world surrounded by inter-world crafts.  In an effort to clear a path, Halios and Selena again used their powers to transform into X.  X produced a second blade in addition to his own X-Blade and smote the enemies within the Lanes Between, allowing for us to safely transport Halios and Selena, once again unconscious, to a safer world: Radiant Garden.
