After running out of the cafe, you take a sigh of relief knowing you hopefully avoided more questions from Nabi, at least for now. Looking towards the nearby bus station, you shade your eyes from the sun's bright rays by holding a hand over your brow. Spotting a bus about to arrive, you scurry off to get closer to the stop to board the bus, even though you don't really know where it is heading. You'll figure that out once you flee from the scene. The bus driver nods at you with a slightly confused expression on his face as you tap your card to pay the bus fare, and you turn to find an empty seat. You end up sitting next to a man with a face mask and hat on, and you pull out your headphones to listen to music while you ride the bus.

"Where you going?" the man next to you taps you on the shoulder before you can resume listening to a playlist, and you turn to look at him.

"Uh," you pause, as you still weren't even sure where this bus was headed. "I am exploring. I'm not sure where I am headed," the man stands up, pointing at the seat.

"I get off at next stop, you sit," he indicates to his seat, and you slide yourself over to the window.

"Visit the flower gardens," the man suggests, pulling out his phone to show you an image of the Namsan Botanical Gardens. "Bus stop there, four stops, very pretty," you nod, not knowing what else to say to the man.

"Have a good day," the stranger says before departing the bus when it arrives at the next stop. Since you had no plans for the rest of the day, you decide to go through with his suggestion, and you arrive at the botanical gardens several minutes later.

As you stroll through the gardens, your phone buzzes, notifying you of several text messages. When you go to check your phone, you see two texts from Nabi, and one from Taehyung. Nabi's texts were merely to say goodbye since you rushed from the cafe so quickly, so she felt bad.

"Do you bake a cake?" Taehyung's text message asks.

"Do you mean CAN I make a cake?" you respond to clarify his question. He quickly responds back that he was what he meant.

"I have baked a cake before, why?" you are curious about why he would be asking you such a question out of the blue.

"Namjoon is having a birthday soon. Can you bake a cake for him?"

"I would, but I don't have an oven," while you have never been one to bake, when you found out there was no oven in your apartment with Nabi, you definitely were a little surprised. In New York, it was almost given that a fridge and an oven with a stovetop would be provided. When you had told Morgan about the lack of an oven when you first moved, she had laughed as you only used the oven back in your apartment three times. The sudden lack of one, though, made you miss having one even if it was sparsely used.

"We have oven," your phone chimes. "Come to the dorm,"

"Okay, when would you want me to make a cake?" you ask.

"Now good time?" Taehyung's quick reply makes you stop walking for a minute. "You not busy?" You bite your lip in thought, as you honestly weren't busy but also felt weird visiting the BTS dorm unexpectedly. Not that the first time was planned, but at least you could retreat to Yoongi's personal apartment then if you wanted to.

"Uh, are you sure that is okay? Aren't you busy?"

"I am home. Come up. Do you need the address?" Taehyung texts you the address to the apartment complex, but you already remembered what bus and stop was nearby.

"Okay, I will come, do I need to bring anything?" you are not sure if Taehyung expects you to buy the ingredients to make the cake.

"No, it is okay, come soon" he replies with a smiley face emoji. You smile as Taehyung is definitely a charmer, and you pull up the bus routes in Seoul to figure out how to get to the apartment complex from your current location. It would take some time, and two bus transfers, so you text Taehyung to let him know it might be a while.

"Do you want a car?" he replies, but you kindly refuse as you really were fine with taking the bus. You did not want anyone to chauffeur you around, especially since you are trying to save some money. Waiting at the bus stop for your first bus, you text Nabi an apology for leaving so soon.

"You owe me coffee," she sends you a winky emoji face back. "Have a good time with what you are doing,"

When you arrive at the apartment building an hour and a half later, Taehyung is in the lobby to greet you since you told him you were close.

"New hair," Taehyung strokes his own hair as he says this in the lobby. "I like," he gives you a thumbs up and a smirk, and you subtly flick your hair with your hand jokingly.

"Thank you," you say as he bows to you, the gentleman that he is, and you both walk over to the elevator. When the elevator doors open, Taehyung motions for you to go first, and he steps in after you. He walks slightly behind you, and he nearly steps on your heel when you get on the elevator as he jumps in after you.

"Sorry," he grimaces as he goes to press the button for the 12th floor.

"I got vanilla cake," Taehyung folds his hands in front of him as you both wait for the elevator to go up.

"That okay? You like?" he looks over at you.

"Wait you GOT a cake?" you look at him. Realizing what he said, he laughed before indicating that it was not what he meant.

"No, things to make cake," Taehyung tries to save himself. "Cake needs to be baked, by us,"

"Oh, okay, I was confused," you swipe your hand over your forehead.
"You like vanilla cake, though?" Taehyung asks again.

"It's for Namjoon's birthday, does HE like vanilla cake? That's what you should ask," you tease, rolling your eyes that Taehyung seems so concerned that you like the flavor even though it's for someone else.

"Yes, he does, vanilla cake is good," Taehyung defends himself. "Do you not like?"

"I mean, I like it too," you add, seeing the corners of his mouth lift as you mention this.
