We are all born for love, it is the principle of existence and its only end.

"No, I'm driving." I glared hard at Seyi hoping to intimidate her but she didn't look like she was about to budge.
"Do you seriously want to do this?" She took a step forward and narrowed her eyes at me.
"Are you threatening me Seyi?" I stepped back and laughed scornfully.
"It's whatever you think it is Charlie. All I know is that I'm driving this car today." She took another step forward causing me to stagger and bump my back against the car in question that was behind me. In a flash, she had grabbed the car key from my right hand and stomped over to the driver's seat.
"Hey! Hey! You will do well to understand that this is my car!" I yelled as I charged after her to the driver's seat. She had already entered and was pulling the door shut when I stopped abruptly in front of her.
"I'm driving Charlie, now get in the passenger seat before I take off without you." She glared harder at me silently daring me to argue further. Sulking, I rounded the car and stomped towards the passenger seat. Pulling open the door, I slid in and sat down grumpily on the leather seats.
"This baby is finee." She said as she caressed the sleek steering wheel of the Aston Martin One-77. I rolled my eyes and made a scoffing noise.
"Oh stop acting like a spoilt brat and tell me her name." She nudged me in the ribs and I jumped. I turned and was about to yell before she cut me off.
"Close your mouth and tell me her name!" She scolded and I immediately complied like an obedient dog.
"It's an Aston Martin." I mumbled in annoyance and turned to face elsewhere folding my hands over my chest.
"Wow, I don't even know what that means but I love it." Seyi ignored me and gushed shamelessly over the car as she proceeded to work the ignition.
When it came to cars, I was more like a male than a female. My taste in cars was like that of a gamer. I knew the bests the worsts, the cheaps and the expensives. Where many ladies would just want a pretty, well known and sleek enough car, I was specific and detailed about my choices. I knew what each had that the other didn't have and so my choices always met the cut.
Normally, I wouldn't dream of letting just anyone drive my car but thankfully, Seyi handles cars better than even most men I've met and so I don't have any qualms about her driving it.She turned the car on and put the gear on reverse as she backed out of the large garage and into the compound. As the vehicle rolled towards the gates, the gateman saluted us and pressed the remote to open them since they were automated.
"So we're going to pick up Dapo from Yaba and then from there we go back to the Island. Is that good?" She asked cheerilly.
"Whatever." I mumbled, still angry that she bullied me into driving. I had just got the car and although I drove it during the test drive, I still wanted to be the one to take it on it's first official drive round town.
You must be wondering how I was able to get enough money to buy an Aston Martin given the fact that I'm basically not doing anything to make money and that my husband who brings in basically all the money, is in a feud with me. Well, that's also the benefit of being an Eze and not just any Eze but the wife to Mr. Asher Eze. I have an account into which a large amounts of money is being paid almost weekly to be used as I please. Cool right? Yeah, but not much different from things back at home, only slightly better. So, I decided to use some of the money to get my first Aston Martin since I'd always loved the car.
