With each passing day Yeosang was settling more and more with the fact that he was falling for San, and those foreign uncertain feelings that had appeared so suddenly were becoming clearer now that he had acknowledged them as 100% real.

Yeosang now embraced the warm feelings that swept through him when San messaged the group chat wanting to talk, and he allowed his lips to turn into a smile each time San sent a photo or left voice memos talking about his day and wishing Wooyoung and himself a good morning or night.

Yeosang understood now that his heart no-longer only missed Wooyoung's presence but it now missed San's presence too, and although his feelings were new and still growing he could see that one day in the future the feelings he had for San could become equal to those he held for Wooyoung.

As bold as it may seem he wanted San to be someone he could say "I love you" to, because he could see that the feeling's he held for the younger weren't based on lust, they weren't passing, instead they were permanent and ever growing.

If someone had a window to his mind maybe they'd tell him that he was being too quick in leaping to such a strong conclusions about his and San's future given that it had only just begun, but if they had a window to his heart then they could understand just how precious and meaningful San had become to him and why it was so easy to leap to wanting feeling's of love in the future.

All they'd need is one glimpse to see that San was now working along with Wooyoung to unknowingly repair his battered heart. Yeosang spent too long forcing himself into relationships just to prove that he was something that he was not, but now brick by brick San and Wooyoung were revealing what a happy relationship actually is, what it should be. Yeosang was just a boy who knew he was in love and was falling in love, and San and Wooyoung were helping him to see that and accept that it was ok. He was allowed to love boys, and he was allowed to feel things for the both of them.

To get to a future where he loved both Wooyoung and San equally though Yeosang knew that he needed to get to know San completely inside and out and San needed to know him equally as well, hence why they needed to spend time together, and they needed to go on dates just the two of them.

It was finally the day of Yeosang and San's date and with all things considered it felt like the official beginning to the very bright future envisioned ahead. They'd done some vague relationship ground work with Wooyoung, and they'd got their feelings out in the open, but now they were at the start line ready to go, hearts racing and souls blazing towards their future.

Not surprisingly Yeosang was nervous.

With Wooyoung he was comfortable, he knew the younger well, he loved him and he knew he was loved back, but with San, although he knew his feelings and yes he did feel comfortable, in many ways San was still unknown territory. Yeosang was getting to know him but there was still so much he knew he didn't yet know.

If he were a child then San was like a toy. Yeosang had seen him on the shelf, he'd seen Wooyoung playing with him, but now Wooyoung had shared and he could play with San too, and finally see all those little details that made San special.

Yeosang's heart had been jittering in excitement about discovering all those little things that made up San ever since they planned their date a few nights ago, but as of last night his excitement simmered to the side and nerves crept in like a fog and settled as he tried to sleep.

Thankfully Seonghwa was actually sleeping in their room for once, he had practically slept over every night with Hongjoong since he first started the other week, so the older boy served as a comforter to Yeosang, offering words to calm & distract him, and telling him to breathe.
