Chapter 33

~ Niall's P.O.V. ~

We've finally arrived in Mullingar early this morning. Jocelyn and I stopped at a hotel to stay the night and freshen up.

"Morning," Jocelyn whispers into my ear.

"Good morning baby," I breathe heavily. God, she makes my heart race.

"So, we're headed to your parents' house today?" she asks.

"We are," I smiled. "I'm excited for you to meet them."

"Me too. I hope they like me," she mumbles the last part. I rub her arms to calm her down.

"I need to get ready. I should look presentable."

"Okay, I'm gonna shower," I say, getting up from the bed.

"Is it okay if I do my makeup when you're in the shower?" she asks.

"Of course," I smirk walking into the bathroom.

I start the water. I love the sound of the water hitting the shower floor. It soothes me.

Jocelyn walks in seconds later with a makeup bag and a new outfit. I smile at her as she sets down her things.

"I'll leave so you can change," she says, walking out of the bathroom.

I huff, wishing she would've stayed. I strip off my clothes, and let Jocelyn know I'm getting in shower. After I step in, I hear her footsteps padding across the bathroom floor.

~ Jocelyn's P.O.V. ~

I start to apply my makeup. I don't wear too much but I hate not wearing any at all. I've been so tempted to call someone. It's been a couple days, which isn't very long, but I want to keep checking in and making sure they're safe.

I decide to wait until Niall is out of the shower, and then we can call together.

I change out of my pajamas to my new outfit and step out of the warm bathroom. I tuck myself up in sheets of our bed and turn on the tv.

I decide to watch Disney channel, because I need to watch a fun kids show for once. With everything that's going on, I need a bit of fun.

Niall walks out of the bathroom only in a towel. My god, I love his body. I can't stop thinking of all the things I want to do to h-

"Hey, you okay?" Niall half laughs. I nod my head, suddenly becoming very nervous. I feel my face heating up as he walks over to the bed.

"I love you so much," he whispers and he gently moves his hand to my face.

"Not as much as I love you," I smirk kissing his lips. He climbs into my lap and giggles.

"You just giggled," I say. "Oh my god."

He turns red and climbs off my lap. I groan. "That was embarrassing," he mumbles.

I stand up from the bed and walk over to him. "No, it was adorable."

He pulls me into a hug and we rock back and forth. I grab my phone and start to play music.

I play the Arctic Monkey's album and grab his hand and put it in mine. And I dance with him all around the apartment. We jump on the bed together and just laugh.

My music dies out and my phone begins to ring. I check the caller ID, seeing that it said Makayla 👌.

I quickly answer, "Hello?"

"Hey! It's Makayla, are you and Niall okay? I haven't talked to you since you left and I needed to check in."

"Yeah, we're okay right now. Are you at the house?" I ask. I hear shuffling in the background.

"Uh yeah, I'm next to Louis," she says.

"Can I please talk to him, quickly?" I ask.

"Of course!" she smiles, I think.

"LYNNY!" he yells into the phone. I smile at the sound of his voice.

"LOU!" I yell back, laughing. He makes me so happy.

Then I hear a scream in the background.

"Lou what was that?" I ask worried. He doesn't answer right away.

"I don't know but I'm scared. I'm going out the back," he whispers through the phone.

"What the hell is going on?!" I ask. I think the worst has happened. I think I know who's there.

"Jocelyn Apple, I'm going to explain this to you quickly. I'll try not to freak out myself. Your mother is at the house. She's going to try to kidnap all of us. I was the only one to get out. I have to go, but I will call you soon when I'm safe."

"WHAT!" I yell tears brimming my eyes.

Louis whimpers, "she has them all. I'm the only one she doesn't have. I have to go, I'm sorry," he sobs.

"WAIT!" I yell. "I love you Lou, I love you so much!"

"I love you m-" his voice cuts off with a horrifying scream.
