In The Dark

Chapter 14

~ Harry's P.O.V. ~

We finally arrive at the hospital, and we all pile out if the car. Jocelyn runs in first, and the rest of us follow close behind.

We all run to Niall's room. Jocelyn turns around to face us right in front of the door.

"Wait, just think. We finally get to see Niall, and let's cherish it," she says with a smile on her face.

She turns back around and opens the door. Niall is laying on his bed on his phone.

"Hey mate how are you?!" I asked excitedly and run over to his bedside. I lightly hug him.

"Hey Harry, I'm okay," he responds. All the rest of the boys and Alyssa go over and hug Niall.

Jocelyn just stands in the corner. She looks like she's waiting for us to leave. I quickly motion everyone to go to the hall and I follow behind them.

~ Jocelyn's P.O.V. ~

I walk over to Niall's bedside after everyone else waits for me in the hall.

"Hey," I whisper. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm okay. How are you?" He asks me.

"I'm okay. I missed you. A lot," I said smiling a little. I sit down on the edge of his bed, carefully so I don't hurt him.

"Ouch," he whispers. I quickly stand up, scared that I hurt him. "No, sit back down please."

"Okay," I laugh. I sit down. I lose my balance and fall onto his chest, our faces inches apart.

He laughs and pulls me into his arms. He smells amazing.

"I'm so sorry, for driving horribly. I should've been more careful. All of this is my fault and I feel terrible that this happened to you because of me. And I understand if you never forgive-" he cuts me off by kissing my lips.

I kiss back and run my fingers through his hair. I pull back and he whines.

"Were in a hospital Niall!" I laugh.

"Okay then I'll do this," he smiles. "Will you take the honor of being my girlfriend?"

"Yes I will Niall. I would love to be your girlfriend," I say and kiss his nose. I get off his bed and tell him I'll be right back and I walk into the hall.

"Where's Liam and Alyssa?" I ask the boys.

"I think they're around the corner," Louis answers. I walk around the corner and turn right and I don't see anyone.

I hear noises from behind me, so I turn around to see Liam and Alyssa making out against the wall.

"Oh my god!" I said and Liam and Alyssa looked at me with wide eyes.

"Umm it's not what it looks like!" Liam yells.

"It's not?" Alyssa says, sounding a bit offended. She walks over to the other boys.

"No babe, that's not what I meant!" He yells running after her.

I lean against the wall and sigh.

~ Alyssa's P.O.V. ~

Jocelyn caught Liam and I which was kind of embarrassing. But what was even more embarrassing was that Liam didn't seem to feel the same way I do.

I run all the way up to the roof and just sit at the edge, looking down at the ground.

I hear the door squeak behind me. I turn to see Liam. I roll my eyes and turn back around.

"Hey, babe," he starts to say.

"No. Don't even start. I kissed you back because I thought you really liked me and it just doesn't seem like you do. So don't even waste your time."

"I'm not wasting my time. I really really like you. It's just when Jocelyn saw us, I didn't think that I was ready to tell people about, us. It's just still so new to me, that it would be hard to tell other people. Look, it's not because I'm embarrassed to be seen kissing you, but I just, haven't gotten used to this myself yet," Liam says with a half-smile.

"Awe," I say and wrap my arms around his shoulders. He kisses my neck and pulls me in closer. He quickly pecks my lips and pulls back.

"Let's go back down?" He asks. I nod. He interlocks our fingers and we walk down to the boys and Jocelyn, hand in hand.

(A/N) sorry I haven't uploaded in forever. But I freaking saw 5sos and One Direction 5 days ago! 😭😭 But now I got sick.. And I'm uploading this now cause I didn't go to school today.
