okay I know AoT isnt set in China, I'll be using traditional Chinese/Japanese things!
----

"Let's get going lazy cadets!" My voice boomed over the crowd, who was not to joyous to hear it at this hour of the morning. Erwin had recruited me to do relaxing Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese meditation practice.
Well, it wasn't directly that, but he had forced everyone to participate, even my grumpy fiance.

Once they made it up to the hill, where I had laid out matts for individual use, they all sighed. "Oh come on, be positive!" I rang, standing at the podium I had set up in front of all the matts.
Levi came up behind me, snarling into his cup. I rolled my eyes at his negtive attitude and began, "Okay, remove your boots and stand on your left foot," They all followed my orders and did so. "Now, bring your right foot up, tucking it up under your leg."

They did as told, "Press your hands together now and breath." As they did so, I pulled out traditional shrine peace bells, ringing them over other second of the count back from 30.
Some were stumbling, but as the bell rang, they all locked and became in one peace.

Levi watched closely as I did my natural stance, "Close. Now, sit on the ground and push one leg under the other, lying the other back." As I heard cadets plop down one by one, I reached out to touch Levi's pinky with my own.
He scoffed a little, making me smile.

"After that, touch your palms together over your head, the breath in and out slowly." They followed.

"I want you to do this one, Levi." I said, reaching for his hand. He rolled his eyes, then below me, took the other side of my own mat.
He got into position and I opened my lips once more. "Alright, now," I began, watching their eyes meet my own. "Close your eyes and calculate all negtive energy, ball it up into half of your being, then release it. Throw away all anger, grief, and sadness."

There were sighs and I began ringing the bells once more, calmly, in a beautiful pattern. The ribbons on them flowed sweetly. My eyes travelled down to Levi, who looked clam as ever. This made me smile, looking back up.
"You make take a 15 minute break, there is tea open for your liking on the tables. Use positive energy, my young ones!" My last words dropped, setting my bells down and helping Levi up.

"How do you feel?" I asked, hugging around his waist. He scoffed as earlier, "Fine." I giggled, lying a singular kiss onto his cheek. How could one man be so harsh, yet so forgiving? I adore that in him.
We walked over hand-in-hand to the tea station, where cadets stood around conversing.

The energy felt lighter, much more calm than other times had. They were laughing, getting along, and sharing tea.
It made me smile, as well as Levi leaning onto my shoulder.

"You're a magician, you know that?" A voice boomed, making me turn. Erwin towered over Levi and I. I smiled brightly, "Don't you love seeing them like this?" He nodded, sipping his drink and looking onto the crowd with Levi.
"We'll have to do this more often, won't we?" His hand lied on my shoulder, causing me to blush from his praise.

"Y-yeah! Anytime, commander." He then walked away, leaving Levi and I to watch over the kids. I felt like a good parent with him, honestly.
He had wholesome intent, as I did, even if he was a tough love kind. I held his pinky into mine, watching as he sat with a stoic expression.

Expressionless, emotionless or not, I loved him, and that was the most important part of all of this.
"Dumb ass, would you hold my hand instead of my god damn pinky?" He snarked. I only tapped his head and clicked my tongue, giving him my hand.

The sounds of the lake mixed with chatter young cadets filled my heart, making me whole. How I wish I could do this forever.
Soon we would be back, stretching, listening to the beauty of music and bells whilst channeling out the negtive sorrow.

Finally I released the cadets to eat lunch, leaving Levi and I alone.
His hands welled around my waist, pulling me into him as I began to clean up the area. He supply kissed my neck, holding me gently.
It felt nice. No swords, no worries. Hand in hand once more, we walked back to HQ, ending our night in his bed, wrapped up in one and other, just how the day had started.
