It was only the first week holding Draco's hand; nine more to go. It seemed like forever that they had shared a room, perhaps a good thing? Perhaps not.

"Mr. Potter?" Remus asked Harry as he sat in his chair, staring blankly into space.

"Oh, sorry. Could you repeat that?" His cheeks flushed as the class burst into laugher, and Draco snorted.

"I asked what a boggart is."

Didn't we learn this in 3rd year? And face one? Harry thought, opening his mouth to ask, but decided not to. "A boggart is a shapeshifter that usually lurks in dark spaces. It has no definite form, taking the shape of that which is most feared by the person who encounters it. When not in the sight of a person, it is believed to look like a dark blob...?" He told him, more questioning than answering. "...I think?" He added as nobody answered.

"Precisely." He smiled at the boy, his scars glowing in the sunlight. "As most of you can remember, we learned about these mysterious creatures back in the third year..."

Harry's consciousness slipped away, and he stare into the absence of nothing with a glassy look. The boggart in Lupin's office up the winding stared banged against the door, and Harry kept on staring. Then the boggart, in the shape of a dementor burst out, flying swiftly over to Harry, skeleton like hands grabbing his shoulders, cold air hitting Harry's face as it began to suck his soul.

"Potter!" Draco shrieked as Harry passed out, the boggart getting shoved back into the room with a spell, the spell 'ridikulous' not working on it. He fell to the ground as Harry fell, hitting his head on the side of the table.

"Everyone, remain calm!" Lupin yelled as everyone ran around the room like crazy.

"Harry?" A soft voice asked, shaking the boy lightly. "You awake?" Draco only got a soft "hmph," in response. "Harry Potter! Wake up! Are you okay?!"

"What?" Harry blinked stupidly, eyes adjusting to the bright light of the hospital wing. "What?" He repeated, frowning. "What am I doing here- ouch!" He exclaimed as he sat up, his whole body aching. His heart felt empty and his head was fuzzy, and it felt like he was just made of oxygen. "What happened? What the-" Harry had many questions, but all left as a beaming but crying Draco hugged him so tightly that it knocked out all of the air in him.

"You're alive!" He exclaimed, not letting go of the boy.

"Uh, yeah, why wouldn't I?" Harry asked, awkwardly hugging the puffy eyed blonde.

"The boggart; dementor, sucked, unconscious!" He stifled between soft sobs. He cried into the shoulder of the boy he had almost just lost. Harry meanwhile, still was confused.

"Shh," He cooed as Draco cried even more. "Boggart?"

Draco nodded.

"How come it could do it to me? Can boggart even do that?" He asked, his brain still feeling blank and fuzzy. "And why the fuck are you crying? Are we that close of friends? I can barely remember anything, only the ferret, our friendship, and- why the fuck are we holding hands?"

Draco smiled sadly and let go of Harry. He explained everything, a wave of relief crashing when Harry began to remember everything from the past events during the week. "Remember?" He asked.

"Yeah..." He nodded slowly.

Madame Pomfrey came bustling to the pair, holding many concoctions and potions. "Mr. Potter, drink these." She handed the tray to him and ran off again, into the hallway where when the door opened, he could see, all of the teachers outside, and Hermione and Ron at the front, trying to break into the wing. "Mr. Malfoy, help him!" She called as the doors closed behind her.

Draco laughed as he wiped away his tears. "Sorry for crying- I was worried." He said, and then blushed at his softness. "I also didn't want to walk around campus with a dead Harry Potter." He added quickly, laughing at Harry's dumbfounded look. He took one of many files and popped the lid open, letting the liquid drizzle into Harry's open mouth.

Harry gagged as he swallowed, the taste of rotten eggs and raw meat swelling his throat. "It's disgusting." He pointed out.

"Good," Draco smirked and uncapped two more bottles.

Harry whimpered as his throat seared in pain.

"You okay?" Draco laughed with a twinge of concern as Harry gagged and whined. "Just drink it Potter, seriously, you're halfway through." He groaned as Harry pouted. "You're such a baby." He laughed.

Harry plugged his nose as he downed another, which was ultimately a stupid decision as he couldn't breathe. "Can't- breathe-" He giggled as though drunk, holding the last potion Draco was trying to force him to drink.

"Last one!"

"Fine." Harry gulped the potion down and whined again, laying down as the potions churned in his stomach. His mood lightened as Draco lay next to him on the bed. "I hate you." Harry grumbled, wrapping his free arm around the blonde's waist.

After five minutes, teachers filed in, closing the doors on Hermione and Ron. They all smirked at the two, and Snape was the first to speak.

"Add ten galleons." He told Minerva in a snarky tone, a small smirk twinging on his lips.

"To what?" The two asked, immediately letting go of each other.

"Nothing," Most giggled.

"Are you okay Harry?" Lupin asked, taking his free hand and giving it a squeeze. "Mr. Malfoy," He curtly nodded at the blonde. He turned to the teachers as Harry gave a strong nod. "Make it twenty galleons."

"What? Oh forget it. Yeah I'm fine. Everything hurts a bit, but nothing as bad as getting your soul sucked outta you..." He laughed slightly as the teachers stared at him.

"Good," Lupin smiled.

"Please leave, I need to give him more stuff," Madame Pomfrey urged, pushing the mob out of the room.

"May I have a word with the two?" Albus asked.

She nodded before running into her office to pick up some more stuff.

"Harry, Draco," His eyes twinkled as always as he sat in the chair next to the pair.
