"Harry!" Draco sang, peppering kisses on Harry's forehead as he read. "Harry, Harry, Harry, Scared, Potter, Harry, Golden boy, Potter, Scarhead, Harry!"

"What?" Harry frowned.

"Hi." He grinned, kissing him passionately.

"Um. Hi?" Harry returned the kiss.

"What is it, love?" Draco asked, frowning as Harry made a what-the-fuck face.

"Nothing little snake, nothing's wrong." Harry grinned at the name, scooping the Slytherin up and onto his lap, slightly leaning back on the couch, the book falling onto the side lightly. He may not have been dominant anyone, but it was just some fun, no harm.

Draco smiled softly and wrapped his arms around Harry, not caring over the fact that Saint Potter was 'controlling' over him. Maybe he still had some human-ferret in him? He nosed Harry's cheek, pressing a wet kiss on the tender spot.

Harry chuckled and placed his forehead on Draco's eyes fluttering closed. "I love you Draco."

A/N: Yeah yeah, I'm aware I like too much fluff, and the phrase 'I love you,' I'm very aware.

Draco melt into the moment and pressed his lips against Harry's, giggling when Harry stood up, him still in his arms.

* * *

A/N: Blood, animal 'fighting,' kinda a spoiler there, oops- may be sensitive to some readers.

Draco rests against Harry's chest as the shorter read, and he listened to his heartbeat.

"What's wrong love?" Harry frowned as Draco's ears perked and he stood. "Are you okay?" He massaged the white fur worriedly.

Draco looked around the room worriedly. He could've sworn he heard... something familiar, something harmful to his love. He hissed, moving closer to Harry's face.

"Draco?" Harry sat up after scooping him up and looked around the room confusedly. "Dray, what's going on?"

Squeak.

But it wasn't Draco.

"What the fu-"Harry shrieked as a blackbird emerged from under his dresser. "What is it with animals?!" He screamed "Draco, I swear to merlin if you fucking-" Well, Draco obviously knew where Harry was going with that but didn't care.

Dray hissed again and pounced onto the injured bird, despite Harry's 'no's,' biting and scratching.

"Draco!!" Harry exclaimed, pushing him off lightly and scooping up the unconscious bird. He did that way, way, way too much. He ran down the stairs and to the common room, resting him on the couch. He grimaced, healing his wounds as Draco hissed from his spot on his shoulder. "Draco, just stop, okay? Stop!" He could go from cute, loving, to aggressive, and mad in one second. Both of them, really. He walked out, placing the anima; on the floor outside of their portrait, smiling lightly when he stirred. Was Draco overprotective? yes. did he fucking think Harry would ignore him and love the bird like him? yes. Did he think the literal animal and him would like a date? The fucker thought so.

Draco hissed again as the portrait closed, and Harry walked back up looking quite mad. When Draco saw this, he began to cry, as usual, hugging his neck and dooking while utterly wailing.

"Draco, you can't fucking hurt peop- beings like that!" Harry screamed as he thought of the bloody, innocent bird who had wound up in his room, so very obviously scared and lost; not caring that his boyfriend was in full panic mode at the moment and crying his heart out. He picked him up, angrily placing him on the bed, but not harshly.

Draco continued to cry, much as expected, and curled up in a ball, covering his face in shame with his red-from-blood-and-scratching hands.

Which had no effect on Harry at all, the fucker was hurting people and would eventually resort to killing if it was a small animal, without a doubt. Well, it had some effect, he had a soft spot for Draco, and even more for ferret Draco. "Oh, Draco," He sighed, a twinge of madness playing with the two words. He sat next to him, face blank as he picked him up, gently setting him down on his lap. He exhaled and shook his head, sorry for the animal, and lightly scratched his belly, resting his head on his hand.

Draco chittered, removing his hands, leaving five small lines of blood across his face as he looked up at Harry, whimpering and still crying.

"Draco, oh Draco." Harry sighed again, trying to push away the memories of the limp winged-creature. "Draco, my little, horrible snake," He frowned.

Draco cried at the name, very well knowing he was horrible.

Harry scooped him up and held him close to him in a manner that resembled a hug, and pressed a kiss on his forehead. He wiped the blood streaks of his face with his thumb, lingering it there a bit before stroking his back in a comforting way.

A/N: Oh Draco you're dead you little animal-killing-not-really-killing frigger- you're so dead you- Oh, didn't see you there, hello!

Draco licked his ears as he hopped on, tongue getting wet every second from tears.

"Draco, I'm sorry for yelling love," Harry coaxed, kissing him. "Just please, stop hurting people, please," He begged, thinking this was more effective than yelling and screaming at the ferret to cry his soul out. Yeah, he really wanted to yell but actually had some self-decency. "Just calm down a bit, yeah?"

Draco squeaked in agreement, hugging his neck, and nuzzling his face into his tender spot in between his neck and shoulder, nipping at it ha- well, nor happily, nor sadly. More sad, but yet more happ- I'll shut my trap.

A/N: Short chapter, I know. I have 10 missing assignments that I have to do so- byeee!
